  • App worth the money

I was looking for an app to keep track of my rental property. Best part is that this is one time cost. Easy to customize. Gives a snap shot of the expenses and revenue. Another good feature is integrated invoice capability. It shows current status of the property interns of tenant being late or if it is vacant for how long. Overall extremely satisfied. Have recommended to my friends.

I need to cancel my purchase because I’m able to use this app on my desktop - which is a necessity. Please let me know what I need to do to get a refund. Thanks

This app is great! Very customizable! Well worth it to stay on top of your rentals! It makes tax time so easy! Great for one rental or the twelve that I have! The only thing I would like to see different is the ability to have it go on multiple devices! This is a great app!

Smooth, easy way to manage rents for many rooms. App allows issuing invoices, registering payments, issuing receipts and reports as well as seeing guest info and related contract docs remotely.

Best app I could find for a landlord of my size. I don’t need any overly complicated reports and I really like the overview of all my tenants and properties. I downloaded a few other landlord apps and decided to purchase the $39.99 personal edition after vetting them out. I really like the UI, it is a clean and simple interface and makes me happy to look at. It just looks nice and clean and so simple to add expenses and rents. I love how you can edit the expense type and customize. I have 30 units.

Don’t let this deal pass you up! Very easy and simple to use! I use it for multiple units and complexes and am very happy with it! Sends out invoices! Sends out receipts! Sends out reminders! I love it! I only have one recommendation I personally would prefer the ability to save to Apple iCloud Drive since I have no desire to use Dropbox. Other than that it’s great! Maybe both options can be implemented?

Oh boy! This app has saved me time and energy updating my properties. I just printed the cash flow chart for tax purposes . It depicts an accurate caption of expenses and rental dues collected. I love the fact I can add properties as I buy them.
  • Great app for busy landlord. Buy the paid version!

I have four rental properties. I use the paid version - WELL WORTH IT. I used to spend a lot of time at tax time trying to sort through receipts and expenses, etc. I know I missed some in years past. This app allows me to stay organized quickly and easily (something I am otherwise not great at doing). Now I can keep everything in one place and it is always handy when I need it. Now I snap a picture of the receipt and add the expense on the spot...Usually even before I leave the store or parking lot. No more losing receipts or forgetting to write off expenses. Trust me, if you get audited, you want an image of the receipt! Your credit card statement isn't enough. Positives: + Stores copies of the lease and tenants docs. + Stores copies of receipts + Stores photos and other notes. + Reports available + Backs up to the cloud What I wish they would add: A place to store applications for other applicants who may have been declined for some reason so that in the event they came back with any complaint later down the road, I could have all of that information attached to the property in the app without being commingled with actual tenant info. It would be nice to store rental criteria information and application docs that could be sent out directly from the app when the property is available to lease. Basically, I wish there were more options for the time period in between tenants and during that transition period. Negatives: - wish there was a way to pull a detailed income and expense report for each individual property rather than having to export and sort myself. (A summary / total of all is available) - wish there was a way to keep active and sold properties sorted so I can retain the information but not have a property I sold at the top of the app screen (although adding a Z before the name has worked but now the property shows vacant for 700+ days, which keeps hitting my reminder notices) Not many negatives here! This is a great app and I highly recommend it. It's worth the spend to get the paid version. Lose one receipt over the course of the year, and you've already lost a write off - or -stay organized and it pays for itself. I highly recommend this app to anyone..even if you only have one property.
