  • I love this app

I only just began using it, but once I looked into it & entered all of my info, I love the app. It’s set up to help socialize anonymously with people suffering (or living with; depends on how you choose to view it!) from identical mental disorders. I am not a “social butterfly “ in person & am not really comfortable airing it ALL OUT on my social media. Whenever I do post on social media, people are either judgement all or not as empathetic or I just can’t express myself fully. This is the place to truly feel comfortable expressing true feelings to random strangers and a way to cope without the embarrassment or ill feelings.
  • Broken App!

The app is broken! It wouldn’t load and chats are suddenly gone! Contacted support, they are aware of the issues but they are working on something else and hope to fix it in the future. Oh well
  • Really slow.

Really slow loading times, if it loads at all. I’ve talked to them and they tell me to delete and reinstall the app, but I won’t do it every time I want to use it.
  • Great app but penpal side not working

It tells me it’s loading but after a few seconds it just turns blank. It won’t show my pen pals or anything. I notice it got much worse when I added a passcode to the app.
  • Great potential but failed app

As a mood tracking app the app is fine. However it has a social part called Penpals where you can interact with people in a similar position. That part is so buggy, it takes forever to load, chats are are arrived hours after being sent or just disappear. It is a great idea to have a social network for people on a journey but Stigma is not the right app for it. Hopefully another developer can deliver a stable app for this demographic.
  • So helpful

Honestly this app is just so helpful. I stumbled upon it and I’ve been using it every day. It’s such a great idea and even if you opt out of penpals, you improve so much. I had penpals for a while but then it got too overwhelming, but while I still was open to them, I met one person who is now a very close friend of mine and we talk almost evrry day and check up on each other. The network you make and the progress you make and the support you reveieve in this app are truly phenomenal. I recommend it to anyone struggling eith any sort of mental illness, or kot. It just helps you really reflect on your day too. It’s great.

I really loved this app and it was a favorite of mine until they took away their old mood tracking and tags and replaced it with percentages and a face tracker. I used it for several months but deleted it a few weeks ago after I updated it :/
  • Edit Name

I love everything, but maybe check “edit name” because when I’m in groups it names the wrong ppl or my name. Maybe when in groups and you click the info button in the chat have another slot or tabs that’s only for editing all names.
  • Great journal

The journal portion and graph is awesome. I like that nobody can comment on journal posts, so the developer seems to get it. The pen pals section only loads when it wants to. It can be frustrating at times but I mainly got the app for the journal and I really enjoy it.

This app was great at first. It became worse really quickly. Most of the time I can’t get it to load, along with my other pen pals. Double messages are being sent and sometimes message won’t be sent at all. I’ve lost a couple of good pen pals because I couldn’t log in for a long time.
