    Why don’t you guys have a favorites section? Make it easier to pick up from your favorite show my include a FAVORITE section. That’s good for binge watching.

    Why do have do I have to subscribe why can I just put in the TV provider. Every Tv channel I’ve downloaded they never ask me to subscribe all I have to do is just put in my provider and I’m done. Plz change this

  • Why do I need to download the app to start a trial on my Xbox??

    I want to use hbo now on my Xbox. I followed the instructions to start a trial, but I have to download he app first. This makes no sense. I need to download an app on my phone, to start a trial that I intend to use on a different device. I don’t want this app on my phone and it’s a shame that HBO is redirecting users to navigate in this way.

    But you did it. By golly you worked up some update that took the joy out of this app in a heartbeat didn’t you? $15 wasted. WASTED. I had this app last year and binge watched so many shows perfectly fine. I’ve had the app for a week now and haven’t so much as seen an open credits. I’ve re-installed, updated and restarted my phone, WiFi, data, nothing works. Looking for thing s is fine but actually hitting play is apparently not what you’re supposed to do in this app. Thankfully I just WASTED $15.

    I like this app, but you need to add the ability to delete the content under the 'continue watching' section. Also, I think $14.99 a month is quite high. It should be $9.99 at the most.

  • So much lag so often

    I absolutely hate this all and the app on my PS4. I can’t watch anything without buffering kicking in 39 seconds into the show/movie. I’ve reset my device/console and my router many times. I’ve even hardwired my PS4 to my router to not experience lag but lo and behold the HBO app is useless on any device. Thought it was my WiFi? Nope. Happens on my phones cellular data as well. Also, no other app freeze or lags the way HBO does. I have Netflix, Hulu, and amazon prime video and none of them freeze the way HBO does. Very disappointed I pay money for such terrible service.

  • Don't annoy your users

    No one needs push notifications to "help fun new and interesting content". It's a monthly subscription. We don't pay more or less based on what we watch. No one likes having stuff like this shoved in their face. People get enough notifications as is. You're just adding to the noise. Generally, I don't pay for things I find annoying. Don't be one of those things, HBO. What we do need is higher quality streams. There's a very clear difference between watching HBO shows via the Amazon Prime Video app and this HBO NOW app. Prime gives me a nice, clear picture. HBO NOW shows all very blocky, compressed video, especially in dark scenes.
