This is an outstanding game that keeps you fully entertained. The graphics could be a lot better but overall I really enjoy the game. You can play the game without having to come out of your pocket and pay to play or to keep going. It's hard to quit once you get into the game.
  • 🐂💩 pay to play

This game COULD be a lot of fun if the developers weren’t so greedy. The raid and tournament options are BS too.
  • Pretty good

  • Customer support is awful

The game has the ability to be extremely fun. The customer service on the other hand is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Having spent over $10,000 on this game over the last three years, it’s disappointing that the customer service is anything but a service. I have had numerous issues with the game, and have yet to have a single positive experience with customer service. Game crashes, game glitches, missing rewards, improper rewards awarded, double charged, charged and item not delivered. I have sent screenshots, videos, time stamps, everything needed to resolve an issue. I’ve basically done their job, and they still won’t resolve an issue. Even if you try to not give up, I’ve had as many as 23 interactions for a single issue, and got no where even with all the proof possible. Then there is my least favorite two responses. 1. We have forwarded this to the team, but since we do not know the cause of the issue, we cannot reimburse. We will handle it when the issue is resolved (I have four issues over two years old like this). 2. They just close the ticket and you have to open another ticket and lose all progress already made and have to start over. I have taken thousands of screenshots of customer service interaction in case it gets closed and I have to start over. The only way I’ve ever got a response that was not a generic copy and paste is to finally lose my cool. Then I’m told I can get suspended for speaking in that manner. Doesn’t matter that they take your money and don’t deliver. Don’t speak ill of their poor performance, no matter how bad. In all honesty, I would not recommend anyone start playing this game until there is an actual customer service in place. Otherwise you will invest a ton of money and just get screwed over

I really like the game because it goes off the comic that I like and the game mechanics work well

I played this game for a little over 2 years and I regret wasting my time. In the beginning it was fun but you have to put a lot of effort and money into the game to actually be good. The relationships that you can gain by getting to know the other players was the only thing that kept me playing for so long but once they started the region transfers and leagues the game wasn’t fun anymore. Plus Scopely doesn’t care about their players. They only care about new ways of making people spend money
