    This is the first app ive found that actually makes it easy and painless to count calories. The design is simple and attractive & the free features (like linking with my Apple health app to automatically subtract my calories burned from my daily total) are great. The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is because the way to select & input food is somewhat disorganized. Still, it gets the job done better than any other free app ive tried. If you’re trying to keep track of what you eat/burn, I’d recommend it!

    Very user friendly. I love the breakfast reminders. Honestly I would just skip breakfast but I know that is terrible for us.

    I am always skeptical when I download and app but today I feel like I can do this! The app has recipes that will actually fit into my lifestyle. Everything is easy to understand, easy to follow and easy to be healthy!

    So far so good . I love that it syncs with fit bit . I like the water tracker . I like the recipes. I like the little motivational messages. My diet had hit a wall before this app. I’m excited to see the scale dropping again .

    Why aren’t all the plans listed? I signed up for pro, but it’s all still limited. You guys show a picture of a 5:2 fasting plan. That’s the whole reason why I chose this app. Please tell me how to find a fasting plan.

    I was really excited about this, but went back to fat secret. It didn’t have a good layout and the macros weren’t clear.
