    If you want to track multiple nutrients such as fiber or net carbs, this is not the app for you. Unfortunately, the app only writes a short list of nutrient data to Apple health. You can’t learn this unless you subscribe to Pro ...
  • Not real

    The food selection is not real world. Example, type in Chile dog, and there’s no choice. Should be able to type in a selection and have it give choices. Terrible app
  • Every serving size is set to OZ

    I really wanted to like this app, as I’m sick of MFP. But every thing is set to a one oz serving size and there is no way to set it to grams, servings or anything but OZ. Entering food is an incredible pain and things often don’t come up right or the nutrition listed is just wrong. Glad I didn’t pay for “Pro” Can’t wait for the same response to be posted on this review saying how “They’re working diligently” on something as simple as not listing everything as oz **edit to add, no you cannot change the serving size from oz, as that’s what is programmed into the food entry system regardless of what the actual serving size is. I even created a few recipes and they all list oz as the only selection for serving size despite me carefully entering the correct info.

    Confusing to add food to a personal list of food. Needs a separate tab that allows you to create personal food items. Needs a better conversion tool. Cannot delete a food after you’ve created it to your personal list of foods. Adds exercise calories lost into food calories eaten which makes no sense. Automatically recommends % of calories per meal which is unnecessary, should be an option to opt out of that. I wish I hadn’t paid for this app! Needs lots of tweaking and clarifications.

    This app changes calorie counts/protein/etc after you take the time to enter all details. After 10 entries automatically changing i removed and got a refund for pro. Customer service took 4 days to respond.

    I started this app as a slim 17 year old kid getting ready to go to college. My goal has always been to play lacrosse at Syracuse and this app is helping me immensely. I set my goal to building muscle as I started as an athletic but still somewhat scrawny kid. I started at 135 and set my goal weight for 155 to start. With the help of this app, I have been able to get the proper amount of calories I need for my goal AND I get a step counter and calories burned counter. This app does all the math for me and I am no longer struggling with my calorie counting like I was before this app. In 2 weeks I have gained almost 6 pounds of almost 100% pure muscle. This app has made it easy to meet daily goals with reminders and helpful tools throughout the app. The recipe ideas are also helpful even if you don’t have the pro membership.

    I like a lot of things about Yazio, but I regret purchasing the premium version. The recipes are ridiculous. IE: I picked the low carb recipe plan and the very first meal was CEREAL. 😂 Most of the recipes are very carb heavy, so if that’s your style, you’ll like it. For me, that only makes me more hungry when dieting, so this app is not one I’ll renew when the time comes. Update: Okay, I’m officially beginning to believe that the Yazio writers know nothing about nutrition or exercise. The last two daily tips were not even true!
