I paid for 250+ guides, but every time I try to open one, it wants me to pay for it again. They took my money, I downloaded the app, but they still want me to pay again for the guides.

I paid for intro lessons and get periodic baiting “tips” that, when I click to learn more, bring me only to a sales site that wants to sell me more lessons. Do they think I want to be burned twice? I have clicked the bait to finish reading the promised “tip” and have no inclination to continue feeding this insulting charade.

I paid, other users as well, 1000.00 + for this iPhone. It’s insulting to have to pay for instructions. Sort of Obama iPhone. Buy it first then learn about it later. Nancy must own part of this company
  • Annoying

It may have helpful hints, but it’s annoying for it to pop without request.

This is the most deviant Ed app , they tell its free but only free the menu, not the info.

Obviously, this “so called tutorial” was NOT designed to help a user who knows nothing start to learn. Many of us are not iphone/ icon savvy and this first screen of what i believed was a ‘help manual’ to help me learn about the many levels inside settings and options was NO HELP AT ALL. Designers are presuming we are all kids who grew up with electronics in hand since we were toddlers. My rating after 10 min of trying to go back a page Or finding my home page of this guide is ZERO stars.but you insist that i give you at least one star in order to send - why is no stars not an option?

Why do I have to pay for a user guide when I’ve already paid big bucks for this thing?? It should be free ~ Duh!

Supposedly free, it is actually a guide to over 100 tutorials that you pay $4.99 apiece for. So it is a free app that costs over $500 to use.

You would think buying this expensive iPad, you would get some help on how to use it without spending more money to buy help. Very poor and almost ready to sell it.
