This app is a life saver. The fatvthat I can control my kids data savers me a ton. I love everything about this app, EXCEPT that I have to log in each time. I used to be able to save my password and I would stay logged in, but not anymore.
  • Great idea

What a wonderful way to check on a child.
  • Can not get The app to start up

    By Kss-79
Never have been able to get beyond the first screen. Every time I try to make adjustments to a family member the app freezes. It’s a huge waste of time. I have to go to safari and sign in online to access any smart family. It’s not a smart at all!
  • Time restrictions

    By tech concerned
I would love to see a total daily time restriction. ( 2hr hour max time for example)This would help our kids learn to manage time spent on devices. This is different than times of the day device use is allowed.
  • Terrible ap

    By Momdar13
Keeps defaulting to my child’s age so it automatically blocks him from basically everything. Spent hours with Verizon technicians on the phone trying to fix the problem - either they don’t know their own product or the product is a piece of junk!!! Worthless!!!
  • Rarely works

    By Ashley Tris
This APP rarely works. When you try to log on half the time it has a huge circle in the middle and while it’s turning you just wait and wait and then it says cannot connect. I have deleted the app and dowloaded agin 4 times now and it’s the same problem. Also, put restrictions on my daughters phone and it ADDED it automatically to our phones as well. Had to call customer service to have it removed because it wouldn’t allow us to do it. Complete garbage to do an automatic add to the parent devices. The APP resets the settings you’ve chose very often. We’ve added restrictions and days or weeks later, depending because it’s been both, all setting are back to no restrictions so we have to add them again. To pay for this service is really becoming a joke.

Handy way to monitor and maintain proper cell phone usage for the kiddos.
  • Continual Errors

    By Damnation Angel
I subscribed to this only for the blocking phone numbers features (no id calls). Every time I try to turn it on I get a “something went wrong, try again” error. I’ve rebooted my phone but it didn’t fix anything. If it actually worked would be five stars. Been trying for 3 days now to get it to work.
  • Not looking too good

I had high hopes for this service. I had read up on it before taking the plunge and getting my 13 year old his first phone. For one thing, I knew more about what it was supposed to be able to do than anyone in either of the two Verizon store I visited in getting it set up. In the 3 days we've had it set up we both now have trouble getting a message sent. It fails to deliver many times, and then sometimes it will go through. You just never know why or whether your message actually went through or not. The annoying part is there seems to be little help on the troubleshooting end. On the plus side, it's the only service I've been able to find that can turn a smart phone into a dumb phone and truly turn off the internet, even over Wi-Fi. Going to look more into Disney Circle if this doesn't get fixed.
