    The app is not worth downloading. If you see an advertisement for a new deal on tv it won't be available on the app. Stores are not properly trained to handle mobile payments and the app items do not match what locations actually offer.

    I recently deleted a previous debit card from the app to add a new one, and it won’t let me add the new card. It won’t even let me enter the information from the card.

    I haven’t use my app for awhile and I finally remember to used it today it says I have used the coupon already. When? Like 4 months ago but different coupon. The guy wouldn’t even give it to me. He said once I opened it up, it’s used. C’mon, once it’s scan, it is used. I have used this before and know how it works. Not very happy. I feel like I might as well just delete the app.

    The app appears as though you can order ahead and have your order ready just by the time you get there. However, you can only skip the ordering line, you still have to wait for the order to be prepared after you arrive.
  • Jack in the box has much better offers

    I only use apps for the offers and McDonald’s offers are so useless for one person. Maybe if you are a family then you get a small discount by limiting your choice tremendously. Anyways, I rarely use this app unless I buy coffee and I prefer Jack in the box because their offers are much better.

    After January 2019 all the deals are lousy! .50 cents off any size drink with purchase a medium or large fri when any size drink is only a dollar anyway. They did away with free fries Friday’s! They did away with BOGO sandwich. Oh McDonald’s what happened to you guys?

    I was eating in at a McDonalds when I opened the app to look at the menu. Somehow it placed an order I had placed two weeks ago, and no, I did nothing to tell it to order anything. I asked at the restaurant and they could do nothing, told me to call the 800 number. Once I found the number, I got someone who could only read the script and tell me that they could do nothing, I would have to dispute the charge with my bank. Was there anyone available who could do more than read a script? I was told no. I will be deleting the app.

    For a company as large as McDonald’s you would think they would be able to invest more in app development to make this a smoother process. You guys have a lot of work to do. Pull up chick fil a’s app and see how easy it is to use. Not worth using as it is right now.
  • Can’t log in

    I’ve tried logging in to my account through this app numerous times to no avail. I try to log in through google but it says my email is already in use. I tried changing my password through the app but it won’t let me. You think one of the most basic features of this app would work.

    After i choose what i wanted, i tried placing order but it said ( wait. You need to fill all blanks) There was no blanks only ( place order button) i wasted my time so I deleted immediately after. Ill just drive there
