    The app itself is great. I got a meal for $7 only I didn’t get the meal I actually wanted. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and sugar cookies which is what I got. And then I got my free medium fries. But I also ordered (and I really wanted this the most because I’ve been craving it) a salad with grilled chicken and cheese. So when I arrived, they gave me half my order, made me stand there for 15 mins letting me miss 2 of my buses and when I spoke up about it they told me “we don’t have any salad” and they knew this the whole time but watched me stand there and wait for my order. I was patient at first because they were slightly busy but it’s ridiculous that nobody could speak up and say this from the beginning. A compete waste of my time. I wanted slightly to be healthy but they made me order nuggets as a replacement. When ordering from the app and choosing the location, I think the managers who work there should check off anything that’s no longer in storage so us customers shouldn’t have to waste our time and my money. I wasted my money on something I didn’t want.

    Please consider expanding the “customize” section for your breakfast offerings. It would be nice to be able to add items such as tomato to a sandwich or request Hot Picante Packets.
  • Mobile Order and Pay Needs Better Integration

    What’s the point in using mobile order and pay if people that order after you at the drive through get there’s before you get yours? Half the time it’s not any faster than the drive through, sometimes even slower... needs better integration. Only thing keeping me from trashing the app is the deals. Edit: I’ve been waiting for the improved speed McDonald’s development team. Where’s It at? Or was that some automated mumbo jumbo to make me feel better. Just waited 10 minutes at my local McDonald’s this morning for a McGriddle and a coffee because they either forgot about my order or didn’t want to bring it out because it was wet outside. It was super slow when I was there and shouldn’t have taken more than 3-4 minutes. I had to go inside and ask for my order... Reducing my rating from 2 stars to 1 star. If you want mobile order to do great maybe you should educate your employees on the importance of it a little more.

    App has been out for at least six months. First time I used it store had no idea what they were doing. Go back six months later and they cannot complete a simple online order OMG. Train your employees or don’t offer this service. I have to call the CC to dispute the charge every time. Oh it will fall off after two days. My arse. Don’t believe that crap. If you don’t get your food after you prepay or they double charge you, just dispute off the bat.

    Why have a mobile order app if the order isn’t started until you get to the restaurant? Drive through line is faster as you don’t have to wait for a lazy mcd employee to walk outside

    If I could give them zero stars I would! I have ordered from the app 4 times. Each time I order I triple check the order. Each time I go to get the order from the restaurant the wait time is ridiculous (tonight it was 15 Mins for a happy meal and drinks) and it is always wrong! Twice it was like they did not even read the order! If your staff is not going to follow the order that was placed on the mobile app why have a mobile app! Don’t waste you time with downloading it just sit in the long line you will probably have better luck with getting the food prepared the way you want it.

    I have tried mobile ordering multiple times in multiple locations trying to pick up in store, drive thru, and in store, and every single time I’ve used mobile ordering I have had such trouble getting my food. It takes 5x as long to get the food through mobile ordering than it does to order it normally. If you order curb side, no one goes out to you. If you try to pick up through drive thru, they don’t even know how to process a mobile order, and if you try to pick up in store in takes very long. It does not seem locations and workers are trained or know what to do for mobile orders to work efficiently.

    I can never get deals to go thru or reflect on receipt... ended up paying full price for something was supposed to be a deal... and it’s not just at one location or state... I’ve tried across multiple stores and never works properly... get it together or stop.
