  • You pay but you don’t get

    I’ve paid $48 last year and again this year and the app still locks me out on a regular basis. Now it seems permanent. No one fixes it. Don’t subscribe unless you want to throw away your money.
  • Good Content, Lousy Customer Service

    I’ve subscribed annually for years and without fail I can count on the site not recognizing me as a subscriber numerous times during the year. Refresh App Purchases? Nothing. Remove App and bring it back? Nope. When I try to call to fix it, no one at the site can or will help and I am referred in a round about way to Apple. Good luck to anyone trying to fix their access if it is ever interrupted. This frequent glitch should be an embarrassment to the owners of this app.

  • Worst Customer Service Ever

    So I noticed a charge showing up on Apple for this site about 4 months ago. I was able to login but Not able to get into the paid content area. Sent a request 2 months ago to find out why. They said my account was inactive. I sent another email telling them I was getting charged through Apple. They told me to call Customer Service. This customer service rep didn’t even know which newspaper this site belongs to. She told me that someone above her pay grade would call me back. Crickets. I emailed them again. This time they told me to send hard copies to a PO Box. Never heard from them so I emailed again. This time they said send hard copies to a different address. Fugeddaboutit!

    I payed for subscription via Apple store, credit card was charged, but I am denied access to site. Customer service at Journal Sentinel does not respond or fix. Took money but deny website access
