  • Very helpful

    By Vanesa and Sebas
The explanations for each question are very clear and show the pages of the book if you need more information.
  • Worked great except the bugs

    By sjbc14
My pocket prep worked great until bugs started showing up. For example, I can’t create my own custom exam anymore bc it forces you to choose content for the exam and bug leaves that area blank so you aren’t able to actually choose anything and move on to next step. Also, seriously super super slow at times and freezes. Lastly, I noticed some of the multiple choice answers are duplicated so the same answer will be for both answer a or b in the same question.
  • Great app for confidence

    By cabronnn_
This app is great! Really boosts my confidence when I’m taking quizzes. Love that it explain to you why your answer is right or wrong. One thing that really bugs me though. Every now and then it crashes and signs me out or it I just am forced to sign back in. Not a big deal but very annoying.
  • Excellent App

    By DolceIam
I’ve been using this app for two weeks now and have just bought my NASM book. During this time, I’ve been taking the practice fitness assessment questions from the app and when I completed the same chapter in the book, the app questions were almost spot on. So far, I think the app in conjunction with book study should work perfect.
  • Useful but FREEZES

    By syddaustralia
I entered in my exam date on the app and once it hit the zero countdown the app is nearly useless. Every time I click on it it “refreshes user data”. It continuously logs me out, and it takes forever to load when I’m choosing options to create my own tests. I would attempt to get a refund, but I do believe this may have actually helped me pass my exam. I’m just very disappointed that I’m not able to continue using it currently....
  • Excellent Questions & Prep For NASM Cert Exam

    By FITTX
Great prep for NASM cert exam, good to have questions asked differently than only using the course quizzes and exams. I felt it helped me pass the exam first try. My only recommendation is to make the desktop version and mobile app version sync up better, kind of glitchy and freezes up. Thanks Cary
  • Great App!

    By Matt D57
I passed my NASM CPT exam on the first try. I owe a lot to NASM pocket prep. I took over 300 practice test prior to taking my exam, and I feel those test really helped me. You can use this app anywhere; in line at the supermarket, in waiting rooms and even on vacations! I highly recommend this app if you are serious about passing your NASM CPT exam.
  • Was great... now eh.

    By Collk2
When the most recent updates happened, app started freezing and closing frequently, and also started logging me out each time it closed suddenly. It freezes all the time and has been very frustrating to use. Not worth the$20 to have to fight with the app. Once you’re in though, the material is good
  • Freezing

    By Nicolexpanda
This app was really good in the beginning when I got it about two months ago, after the update it freezes so much and doesn’t show the QOTD. :/
  • Mixed feelings

    By Ramelly
I think that this app is a good study guide and more challenging being that it phrases questions differently than the NASM study guide does. It also draws from other material from the text and challenges your knowledge of the subject matter. What I don’t like is when you move on to the next set of 10 questions you can’t go back and review the previous questions. This may not be of big concern if you are using the free edition, but I don’t want to wait until I’ve completed all 700 questions before I can re challenge myself on those previous questions.
