  • Mobile Mapping?

    By Portiblo
Super awesome app! I love planning new rides from my computer, but I would really like to plan them from my phone because zooming in on roads is much easier from my phone. I know of a few apps where you can plot runs and bike rides but this app is much better. Any chance of an update where users can create routes via their mobile device?
  • Needs Siri and widget

    By jstaelens
I don’t know if I will pay for this again if Siri integration is not added to start a workout. And a widget should be added. I like the route planning but there are other apps for that.
  • Could be better

    By Desco44
Generally, this is a decent app. Most things work. At times judging an upcoming turn is confusing due to the scale of my IPhone screen and at times, after a pause the app wants to only display the nav map and no data - which I spend minutes trying to recover. Annoying. The biggest problem with the app in my experience is that auto pause doesn’t work well at all. My Garmin watch will pause immediately and I have to physically pause the app almost always. (Yes, I have auto pause enabled. ) Fixing auto pause gives this another star.
  • still unnecessarily requires photo access

to edit routes on your phone. unnecessary, invasive and makes me skeptical of their privacy practices overall
  • Great App

    By IdahoExplorer
Been using Ride with GPS since 2016 and love it. Favorite thing to do is plan a bike trip then do it using both the website and mobile app. Being able to download offline maps is awesome. Thanks!
  • Piece of ...

    By TecRobertson
This app never worked & I strongly discourage anyone from paying for it. Learn from my mistake & waste of money.
  • Not great

    By TheRoz1
App worked however not a great app. Hard to find routes saved by other groups I know. There must be better apps out there. I would keep if it was a reasonable one time fee for the app. This app is not worth a recurring monthly fee.
  • Don't waste your money

    By St Pete in Florida
I bought this app a little over a month ago. The live-logging has never worked properly. I am being told that the bug has been fixed, but I won't get the fix until the new version is released ("soon" is what was in the email). Until then I can share a permanent link, which means I have to share a bookmark, or keep on copying and pasting. Yeah, no. I cancelled the subscription, but I should get a refund.
  • Greatly prefer RWGPS to Strava

    By ThosPap
Much easier to use, better display, many options, and much better mapping and tracking of exercise metrics, compared to Strava. Overall much more powerful.
  • Can’t provide turn-by-turn directions without monthly subscription

    By 0x8BADF00D
I downloaded this app specifically to get turn-by-turn directions for cycling, but it turns out that it can’t do that without a monthly subscription. I understand that the developers have to make money - I’m a software developer too - but why does everything have to be a monthly subscription these days? A one-time payment of $5-10 would be totally reasonable, but there’s no way I’m subscribing to yet another service for $5/month just for turn-by-turn directions.
