The app has not been updated to work with the most recent IOS. As a result, I can’t access my previous issues from the archive. Totally useless now.
How can a publisher ignore their customers like that? They have a total disregard and lack of consideration for customer service and retention. I love the magazine but I will not support a company that does not care about their customers.
It’d be nice to read what I paid for
Well, I paid for a subscription that included the archives & a monthly magazine. They almost immediately switched to an every-other-month schedule. Now they’ve neglected to update the app, so I can’t open it. They stole my money, essentially, and now I need to decide if I want to spend the time to get it back.
Needs an update
Still not updated to be compatible with current IOS. At this point, it practically counts as fraud since readers no longer have access to issues of the magazine that they paid for.
The app doesn’t work anymore and I can’t access any of my faves! Please fix it!
