    This was my first night on Pillow. Why did an alarm go off 2 hours into my sleep? I can’t see anywhere that set an alarm or how to make sure it doesn’t go off again. The notes were interesting but I wasn’t happy to get awakened... nor was my husband. How do I make sure an alarm won’t go off. Also 9am to 9 pm is excluded but sometimes I sleep past 9 am on purpose. I didn’t see where I could change that.

    I bought it and by tracking my sleep, it shows 40% deep sleep? Before I bought my I watch, I used fitsit for quite sometimes and my deep sleep always before 10-17% which according to study, that’s what a normal person would get no matter how good ur sleep is. Then I use my I watch and pillow apps, it shows 40%??? I m doubting, can anyone explain? I kinda want my money back

    I am using Pillow since it was launched a years ago, but since the release of version 3.5 , the app have been facing problems, that get worse at each update. I hope they can start from scratch and go back as the best app to track sleep. They need at least fixes the 10 minutes intervals to calculate sleep, and fix the link with Health app, today it is writing 2 times the same data at the Health app.

    This app provides me with a lot of data on my sleep experience. My only problem is how to improve my own sleep. Unfortunately, this is NOT a function of Pillow.

    Do not understand why when I awake in morning and remain in bed for a few minutes Pillow rates my sleep for the night less...sleep was fine, just did not want to get out of bed right away. I know I can edit this but does not seem that edit should be needed for such a situation, especially each time it happens.

    This app is a WASTE of MONEY. I’m on disability & can’t just throw money away. I tried 2 find out if this app was a scam b4 I purchased it. Unfortunately after I had already purchased it I tried using Pillow 4 a nap. 😴 💤 It recorded that I had a light sleep. GUESS WHAT? I NEVER fell asleep. So how & why did it record that I did. I WAS WIDE AWAKE but I didn’t move much so it listed that as a light sleep. I only purchased this app bc I was trying 2 figure out if I was snoring & how often I woke up during the night bc I’m always tired. I’ve woken up many times a night since I was a kid & my health is problematic. So I’m trying 2 figure out how my sleep or lack of it is truly affecting my health. Well this app just robbed me of five dollars. That’s all. Please don’t waste your hard earned money. 😡 What a shame. Ppl making money off of others vulnerabilities.

    Had this app worked fairly well then boom won’t load or play sleep music or track on either watch or phone . Texted company no response 😡
