  • Does not work

Constant crashes, lagging, being unable to open files, being unable to edit my own files: all problems with this app. Fixes are a must.

Awesome way to create letters and policies along with spreadsheets and calendars. Works great for our small business.

Date: Tuesday, 2018 02-20 Hardware: iPhone 📱6s Software: iOS 11.2.5 (Just before update) It seems pretty good so far, although I’m not familiar with Sheets. [I’m an expert in MS Excel. I hope Sheets is not as baffling as I find Apple’s Numbers to be.] The real test will be how it does on my MacBook, or iPad, if I should I get that. Of course, Sheets may not even work on MacBook, I unfamiliar if it’s iOS only or both operating systems.

Now everyone has access to your updated and real time content. Plus, it saves as you go so you done loose you progress.
  • This is poor

If running sheets in a browser on your iPad is better than running the app, you have a problem. Sheets is downright awful. Let’s start with keyboard support. Did you know that we have keyboards on iPads? Did you? Now try creating a sum of certain rows in a column. In a spreadsheet on your desktop or in a browser, you would start the formula, then drag the range. You can’t do that in sheets on an iPad, because it immediately loses the reference. Getting out of edit mode is a chore of extra taps and clicks. What if you want to undo a mistake? I accidentally tapped in the wrong cell, and started editing a value. CRAP! I just realized it. How do I cancel the change? What? You can’t? Exactly.

    Efficient and easy to use
  • Indispensable for collaboration

Yep, it's the poor man's excel, but if you're working on a project with a colleague, the multi platform sharing capability makes it so easy to collaborate that it covers over almost all other shortcomings.

The built in app makes it easy to maintain, share, collaborate, and update a live document amongst your friends, family, and coworkers. I would recommend this to anyone.
