Attempted so many times to get clarification as to the specific scope of one of the projects with little or response. The only offer of help was to assign me a mentor, rather the respond to my request.

Downloads frequently fail for no discernable reason. Hard crashes often occur. No way to make comments in the app while watching lectures. Regarding content, I think Udacity is running far behind Coursera. The course material isn't bad, but it's not worth the money IMO
  • Great content and format, love the app

Some easily noticeable issues are 1) Videos being played in vertical screen will stop immediately when user turn the screen into horizontal mode. Why is that? That doesn't make any sense in UX perspective. So, this is a bug. Please fix this ASAP. Many students like me who are taking the class while commuting on foot will be distracted. 2) Formula in the lecture pages are not rendered. They look like w1: 2, Please fix this bug as well ASAP.
  • Two minutes, two issues

I’ve used this app for less than two minutes and ran in to two issues already. Developers: Please test these two use cases. 1. A person starts a free course from his web browser, and then decides to try the app for a better/different experience. He signs in on the app, uses the “search” feature, locates the course, and a blue button to “resume” appears. Tapping this button returns him to the search results. He can not resume the course. 2. The same user tries to return to the home page (or ANY page) within the app. He’s stuck on the same page to search the catalog. Huh? Tapping the “x” just clears the search results. Yes, I can quit the app and start over, but seriously? Did anyone ask themselves how an end-user may want to navigate away from searching inside your app? Suggestions: 1. Fix the issue to allow a user to resume a course. 2. Allow users to navigate away from the search page.

The best app to learn c++ coding but it’s kind of a little expensive.
