  • No Longer Works

The game is not reachable error when trying to start. I don’t believe there is any support and the game is now broken. Fun while it lasted but no longer works.

Thank you UBISOFT for bringing one of my favorite games back.
  • Grey screen of death

I had been really enjoying the game until 2 days ago. Seems like everything loads and then it just freezes on a grey screen. Nothing after the initial load screen.
  • Uninspiring.

Inferior to its PC counterpart and I don't think there was even an attempt at making the game visually interesting. Parts look slapped together just to get the job done, and the outcome looks amateurish. Anno games have always struck me as beautiful, this one is not and that successfully deflated my desire to play it, as the gameplay itself wasn't that interesting either.
  • Two years since an update says a lot

Very difficult to play. I tried with over six different ids. And it just not worth the hassle. It’s just not worth it. Not updated in two years says a lot.
  • How hard can it be to make a road?!

    By Dj Gravity X
The answer to the question is, too darn hard. I couldn’t tell you if there is any potential here, but this game does not seem like it was oriented for a phone. After spending several infuriating minutes just trying to figure out how to build a road, unsuccessfully, I knew this game was not going to be played any further. I’ve played many city builder type games and this one truly had the most illogical process. Also, it was darn near impossible to read anything. This game may prove to be great on a large screen tablet or even large screen phone, but not on the regular sizes.

  • Serious problems with the game

I have been playing this game for over a month and it was an enjoyable game but a couple of days ago I was unable to log in. At first the game would just stall and not open. After two days of trying to get logged in finally a screen popped up and asked me to log in with my email and password so I did and another screen popped up that showed there were two games saved one was at level 6 and one was at level 16. Of course I choose the level 16 but it wouldn’t open and I would have to restart over and over again. So I stupidly decided to choose the level 6 and sure enough it opened just fine except all the money I spent on the game purchasing gems was all gone, as was the month of building. If you play this game just know at some point you will probably loose everything you have worked on in the game as well as any purchases you may have made.
  • If only it lived up to its name...

Anno games have always been great. This one has the atmosphere, but is laced with minor bugs, that often require game reset, or stop the game from loading. There is a great online community in this game, and very positive collaboration between players. I want to play this game, and if there were any sort of current support for the game, I would buy rubies. But, there isn’t. And for the last day the game wouldn’t load past a white screen when I should see my island.
