  • My way to learn

Love the app! Makes catching up on all my course work so easy. Probably more user friendly than the website for some assignments when I need to use my phone’s camera. Easy to use and updates immediately.
  • Issue with iTunes Payment

The app is good and I thought everything was perfect until it was time to turn in an assignment. The assignment part is locked because according to Coursera my subscription had expired. Only I had just subscribed a week prior and it was a 30 day subscription. When I contacted Coursera one agent told me to contact Apple because the payment occurred via iTunes and they don’t have access to their payment platform. When I wrote back another agent told me to unsubscribe from Apple and to pay again but via their website. I feel like this is a trick to get people to subscribe from them directly so that they don’t have to pay Apple the 30% that Apple charges them. It’s ridiculous. Don’t subscribe from Apple if at all possible.

I have not been keeping up with my course, but that's my own fault. The material is well organized and challenging enough without being overwhelming. There was one question I noticed that I couldn't input an answer for, not sure why. I would like my school age daughter to use this platform to get ahead in her education. I am considering getting a degree through the app. There is something for inquisitive people of all ages.

I have been having THE worst trouble with this app and I’m tired of fighting! “Oops there’s a network era” Where?! My iPad is brand new with it’s own data plan AND I’m hooked up to WiFi. What is the deal?!

This was very disappointing. I really wanted to like this app but unfortunately the class I try to take does not work with voiceover. I discovered this after being charged $50 and within 30 minutes try to get a refund for the class but cannot I could only stop a charge for next month

I installed this app few weeks ago And purscased the course. While doing first course I have a lot of issues: some test was not opening, some test was just half test. So basically I just did listening part of the course. So I wanted to start listening to the second course which I paid for and couldn't because they asked to subscribe again. After having a chat they suggested to use a laptop to access the course because they having problems with the app. For both issues ( tests not working and ask for subscriptions after I paid for it) they suggested using a laptop. So why do they offer this app?

The app works mostly but needs some work. It’s very slow to load up if you switch out of the app and back into it. If it can’t reach ZenDesk, the app becomes unusable & you cannot submit a support request to let them know. Even if the app is put into “offline mode” you’re still unable to access your downloaded content. If you do have an internet connection & ZenDesk is reachable, then you can watch your downloaded content, which is what I do 90% of the time so I’m incredibly grateful for that feature, just wish it would work all the time.
