Bring structure to your workflow by utilising time blocking technique. Time blocking is an effective strategy for using time wisely and achieving greater results. Blocking out time for specific activities allows you to focus on one task at a time, limit distractions and procrastination. It's really simple to use: 1. Define your tasks at hand, make a task list. 2. Define a block of time during which you will eliminate all distractions and give all your focus to your tasks. Start the timer and work. 3. Take frequent breaks. Regular breaks are conducive to greater productivity and concentration. During these breaks take a breath of fresh air, do some push-ups, stretch or anything else that helps you to restore your power. Your body will thank you. 4. Repeat this work/break cycle and take a longer breaks when you feel you need to. Daily goal setting, analytics, minimalistic design beautiful color themes, notifications and more. cryptocurrecy coin

  • Disappointed.

Everything’s for money, why don’t I go for the forest app then? You can’t customised anything, Flora is a much better free choice. Pretty Disappointed.
  • Great but..

I really enjoy using this app, but it’s not counting my time for some of my tasks anymore? I’m confused??
  • No iPad support

    By [Jim]
Add iPad support please. The app is already 43MB, what can take up all that space if there's no HD graphics? Not that there's much graphics to begin with...
  • I need help to understand it

    By AliLaraG
Hi. I bought this app but I’m not able to understand its workflow. I set timer but I don’t receive any notification or sound when the timer finishes counting down. Is it necessary to keep this app on top of the rest apps open in my phone?
  • Awesome App except...

I love the sleek design of the app. Very minimalistic. However, please fix the skipping number problem in the time. Once it starts countdown, the number of seconds decrease by 2 sometimes.
  • Minor Bug... but Perfect Otherwise

    By Nora the Queen
I love this app. Is does what I want it to do when I want it, records my information in an easy to understand way, and keeps everything organized in a clean, modern design. It’s amazing, and I would recommend it 10/10 times. However, I am annoyed that there seems to be a bug with the profile photos. As an aesthetic driven person, I like to coordinate app settings with the profile photo I’ve chosen so I have something nice to look at. However, every time I set a photo it lasts for several minutes and then goes away. There doesn’t seem to be an option to report a bug, so I’m putting my complaints here. I’ve already invested in the plus version of this app, so I expect it to at least function correctly. Please get on this!
  • So good, and keeps getting better

I’ve been using FlowTimer for some time now, and with each update I’ve found it to get more and more useful. I’ve tried other timer and time boxing apps, but they never quite worked for me. This one, however, keeps me coming back each day. The beauty of flowtimer, for me, has been in its simplicity, both in its functional and in its aesthetic design. I’m more productive for it, and in large part am so because it stays out of the way and allows me to simply work better as I naturally work, rather than ask/force me to bend to its methods. Highly recommended!
  • Simple and elegant

Exactly what I was looking for. Just one small bug returning from the pro purchase flow (hangs on loading screen, works fine after a restart).
  • Please expand use to our Apple Watches

UI is gorgeous and easy to use. Please integrate Apple Watch functionality.
  • Great!

I love this app. I would purchase premium if I could categorize my work sections. For example, I am using the app to track my study behavior and it would benefit me more, and any other student, if I could separate the time I spent studying physiology from the time I spent studying occlusion. It would make the app perfect! Hopefully this can be taken into consideration.
