    Can’t get into app. Get a message to try again later. After repeated tries, no luck. All my stuff is in this app. Lost. No customer support want so ever. No app updates. What a waste.

    I had all my family photos and videos stored on my iPad vault, but it says "there was a problem activating your premium account. Please try again later" It's been two months and still have not recovered it..I have been with them for three years. My brother is deceased and all his photos were there. I am really upset..I emailed and tried to contact them. No response...continue email with nothing. BE AWARE!! There is no response..when requesting info of why I can't get back into my folder. There is no developing page..all roads lead to privacy page..and change pin. You will not get any help..and you will lose all your photos. I have read a lot of complaints decided to go ahead and purchase it anyway. Thinking maybe they did something wrong. Not the case for me. When I upgraded, I lost all my pictures on here..tho I have tried everything I do mean everything repeatedly to please let me retrieve my photos. NO ONE WILL RESPOND. ONCE YOU PAY ITS ALL OVER. IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME..TRY SENDING AN EMAIL..ON THEIR WEB PAGE. BEFORE YOU PURCHASE..YOU ONLY GET AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE ONCE. THO I WILL KEEP TRYING..IF I SUCCEED I WIL, POST A POSITIVE REVIEW. UNTIL THEN I WILL STAND BY EVERY WORD. OH AND THIS IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH APPLE APP..THEY CAN NOT HELP EITHER. IT IS NOW JANUARY 9, 2019. AND STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO RETRIEVE ANY PHOTOS. YET I STILL EMAIL. I STILL HAVE MY SUBSCRIPTION UNTIL MARCH 2019. SO TIME IS RUNNING OUT! STILL NO RESPONSE.

    It's a good idea. A folder to store pictures and videos that you don't want everyone to see. However, it freezes up ALL OF THE TIME, and there are times when I can't even get the app to open! This app would be great if these things would get fixed. To make matters worse, the app appears to have gone downhill since the "update". I even pay for mine, thinking that it would get better, WRONG! I think this app is only good for those that have very few pictures/videos. Every time it seems that a new “update” has fixed the app, it crashes or will not even open at all! As a result, I’ve lost many pictures because I have to delete the app and reinstall it again. Definitely needs to be fixed... Looks like with each update the app gets worse! First it lost several pictures, so I deleted the app and tried to download it again and it won’t even let me! So now I have a Premium account that I paid for and can’t even get into! I would give this app negative stars if I could. Don’t wast your time here, there are other apps that actually do what they say, with no issues... To make things even worse... I have been locked out of my account for several months because, “There was a problem activating your premium account. Please try again later.” So looks like that was $19.99 down the drain...
