There are 3 different plans, starting at $49/month, that are flexible to your business’ needs. Payment for the subscription will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.     I use this app for my housecalls practice, and am now using it exclusively for scheduling, visits, and invoicing. It’s not perfect, the maps don’t always load, I’m not sure all my patients get all the texts, but other than minor issues, it’s been amazing! If I could figure out how to message on the app, as well as clear some of the contacts imported, it might be perfect. I love the texts I get from customer service, checking on me. Please keep improving this app! Thank you!

    The app runs really slow and can take 2-3 mins to load an invoice to get the signature. Slows me way down.

    The desktop version has a lot more features but the app is great for on the go! Can’t say enough how great the customer service is at House Call Pro so if there ever is an issue just know that they will be there to help!

  • Love the App but keep changing the prices

    I used to like this app. It was free for one man small business. Then they changed it overnight even though the App description said that it was free. It was raised to $39.99 per month and now is $49.99. Customer support has declined. 9/26/18 I received a call and they also have a 99.99 account activation. Update: Received this email from the App on 12/9/18. Codefied Inc. responded to your review of Housecall Pro Codefied Inc. "Hi, We want to sincerely apologize for your most recent experience. Yes we did cancel our free app leaving the lowest plan at $49/month. The $39/month is the quote that is billed every 12 months. We feel that our application will help you more then cover the cost by streamlining your business operations helping you complete more jobs. We would love to chat about some of those features that will help you out. Please do reach out. 877-944-9010." Once again, you are not upfront about the details of the paid subscription. You mentioned the $39 and $49 per month but you completely forgotten to mention the $99 activation fee. I used to love this app when it started. It was helping me a lot but you need to work on how you handle communication/details of description and be upfront. I completely understand not nothing in life is free but you should have grandfather in the old customers. I see a trend on apps. First is free and when you get more subscribers (referrals from users like myself), developers changed their contracts. It has happened to me more than times. Many times, just like the Apple Beta Version, I take time to sent information and surveys to help the developers. From a business point of view, you can’t start a service for $50, and after you create a clientele, change the service by 500%. Just IMHO.... Good luck!
