  • Cannot update

    By comeon3983728
Why we can no longer update the app? I need to update the app to fix iOS 13 playback issue, but the developer has removed the App? Come on. Seriously?
  • Cast button missing

    By greenshoes422
Love this app, but after the cast button was removed after iOS 13 update. I can’t cast to google chromecast or google home. Please update.
  • Poor apple CarPlay support.

    By Rubennjames
I really wish Apple and google wouldn’t play nice. This app barley works with Apple CarPlay.
  • Getting Worse - Music Freezing

    By Danowan20
Google doesn’t seem to care for this app on iOS. My music continues to freeze and random points, and the app locks up. Closing the app and reopening doesn’t fix it. The fact that it’s almost 2020 and with the release of iOS13 and there’s no Dark Mode. At this point, I’m deeply considering moving to Spotify, but I don’t want to give up YouTube Premium in my subscription.
  • Unstable with Apple CarPlay with Ford Sync 3

    By KeynoteUS
The app sometimes does not load and can be unstable using CarPlay on Ford Sync 3. Please fix and add stability.

Some songs won’t play at times. Fix the play next and the queue. Maybe make it so you can moves songs up and down to adjust queue.
  • It keeps glitching for me

    By halomansky
when i remove a song in a playlist it will delete the song above it instead . also sometimes i'll go into another app and the music will start getting really glitchy and i'll have to restart the app completely . can y'all fix this ?😂 besides the glitches it's a good app but those glitches really makes the app frustrating to use .
  • Bring back equalizer

I like to turn down the treble in my ears please
  • Great for discovering new music, ad and playing issues

    By Itsmedani
Overall I think Google Music is the best judicial app due to the playlist quality (I used to love Songza back in the day, which was acquired by Google Play Music). So the music is great, but now, there are 2 issues : 1. The ads don’t auto play, so a playlist will stop playing for an ad, the ad doesn’t load, but when you click play or pause the ad is frozen. The user then needs to close out the app and reopen, only for this to happen again next time an ad block comes on. 2. You can’t contact support directly regarding issues. They don’t seem to provide a place to contact support for any other issues besides the ones already identified in their menu.
  • Pretty terrible for iPhone

    By aberdawn
A family member and I use the same library so we have access to our shared music. All of the music shows up perfectly on his android. On my iPhone, however, many albums don’t show up in the app at all, and many other albums show up twice. It’s terribly frustrating.
