Description

Welcome to Tile, the world’s largest lost and found. Tile makes tiny Bluetooth trackers and a companion app that allow you to locate lost or misplaced items in seconds — like your phone, keys, and wallet. Compatible with Tile Mate, Tile Slim and Tile Original. You can order Tiles at http://www.thetileapp.com *Ring your things. Attach or stick Tile devices to anything you don’t want to lose and use the app to ring your stuff when you’re within Bluetooth range. With Tile Slim and Tile Mate you can pick from one of four unique ringtones. *Ring your phone. Can't find your phone? Press any one of your Tile devices to make your lost phone ring —even if it's on silent. *See where you had it last. Keep the app running in the background and it will automatically record the last time and place it saw your item on a map. So, if you left it somewhere, you know where to look first. *Ask others to help. Still can't find your Tiled item? Our “Notify When Found” feature puts every device running the Tile app on the lookout for your lost stuff. If anyone comes within Bluetooth range of your Tile, we'll let you know where it is. This feature is 100% private, so no one knows you're looking for a lost item but you. *Find your phone from any device. Our app turns any phone or tablet into a virtual Tile. Simply download the app on all of your devices — and use the app on one of your devices to find another. Plus, you can use our voice calling feature to call another device from the app — even on silent — to help you get in touch with whoever may have picked up your lost phone.  Notes: * The app utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to communicate with your Tiles. The maximum range is up to 300 ft for Tiles Pro 2018. * The app utilizes Location Services to record the last known location of your Tiles, based on your phone’s geo-location data. * Continued use of GPS or Bluetooth running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Tile Premium: Tile Premium offers an enhanced finding experience with exclusive features like Smart Alerts, Location History and Unlimited Sharing. Available for a monthly or annual subscription ($2.99/month or $29.99/year). You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page in settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. The subscription will renew at the same cost. While you’re supporting IOS 13, how about supporting dark mode?
  • New Update is ridiculous

I should not have to give you my personal information such as my Facebook or email to use this app! It’s obvious that you guys are selling our tracked locations to other companies and that is just plain wrong. Also you cleared all my active Tiles so I had to add them again. I will be researching your competition and going with them in the future.
  • Scam, buyer beware

I’ve purchased two tile sports and neither function properly after just a couple of months. I’ve reached out to Tile multiple times to resolve my issues and they won’t return my calls or emails. Update: Tile finally read my review and reached out but asked that I reference my review, a ticket number, and some other onerous task. Putting the burden on the customer seems to be the new way of doing things. It’s like self checkout, but even more confusing and frustrating. If Tile actually cared about customer experience, they’d remove all of the roadblocks and not add more while telling you how sorry they are.

Unreliable product and despite numerous attempts to reach customer service I have received no help.

Rarely review apps, but the new update which changes the way tile connects to Bluetooth has pretty much killed the functionality. Everything is slower, less reliable, and I can tell I am not the only one that thinks this. I really hope you all revert back to the old method. We all hate it and it should be obvious.

After they made the changes to the way the tile works my keysmart no longer finds my phone reliably. I finally pick up the phone then unlock it then tile will go off. Pointless.

I’ve had Tile for a while and I bought it to put it in things that I missed placed like my keys, my wallet. but now when you open the app by the time it takes to even locate the item and much signals it. you’ve had plenty of time to walk around and find your lost item.

Let me opt out of getting the premium messages. You are just ticking off customers who will never subscribe to this service and maybe ones that would in the future.

I hate the new version of this app every time I try to look for my keys or phone the app is disconnected from Bluetooth.
  • Constant nag for location is unacceptable

App abuses push notifications to nag for location services constantly. Totally unacceptable design.
