    I have struggled for years and now I am finally losing weight. I’m not on a diet. I’m changing my relationship with food and thinking differently. It’s a psychological approach and helps one get to the root of the issues behind overeating. I’m losing a pound a week. That’s a huge accomplishment. Thanks Noom!

    It’s on my phone - so it is always with me. It teaches me new things, several times a day. It monitors everything I do and eat and keeps track of everything. It encourages me, lets me vent, gives me an avenue to support others on their journey. I don’t have to go to meetings to bare my soul or lie about my failures. It empowers me.

    You need an actual editor, not just spell check! Things such as then for than and similar errors. I’d feel better knowing you were more detailed.

    The best app I’ve ever used for logging meals. It’s so easy to find the food item on their data base and then find the correct amount you consumed. For example, let’s say you had some tomatoes. It gives many units to choose from: whole, half, quarter, slice, cubed, cups, grams, ounces, etc. On the same screen you use the slide ruler to choose the amount. It’s simple, quick, and accurate!

    A question to start: when you add a food is the option to add the barcode also an option? If not, it should be. Also, you should have the option to add things like fiber and protein (which I don’t believe you can add). In addition, since this is a paid service, it would be great if it also gave other information such as Vitamin C so that you could also track how much you consume (or how much you lack) on a daily basis. Losing weight is great, but I assume that being completely healthy is also a goal. The color system is fantastic but knowing I get enough protein and fiber would be great too. There must be a way to track that as well instead of just tracking calories.

    I have used Weight Watchers before. I much prefer this program. The personal coach is GREAT! And I like counting calories instead of the WW points system. It is only my 5th week, but I see this as a plan I can stick with. Wish it was a little less costly though

    Not a pleasant experience. The company has charged me for items I have never received. I messaged within the app as their support link suggested with no response. I have also emailed through the website with no response. Now trying to cancel as well with no response.

    Noom weight loss app is doing the trick! I like how easy it is to log my meals. Love the recipes and how u can log them in app. I love the helpful tips and quirky insights I get. I like the weight loss weigh in with graph chart...keeps me accountable! Just started my 2nd week and down 5#!
  • Literally the worst to cancel

    So I was really excited to try this app and it did work for while. (About a month while I used it) But I felt like my coach was unattached and wasn’t interested in our group or me, just really trying to fill her work agenda. So canceled and removed the app. I didn’t receive any notifications or emails or anything since end of March about a future program or my account, but last night I was charged the $150 for the next six months program. My Noom coach hasn't returned my messages or anything, the blue chat bubble will not work and I just have the generic message from corporate that is absolutely no help. The support team is a joke and the help> my account> cancel my subscription is no help. I’ve been going in circles since last night. I’m disputing the charges with my bank about this. This is just ridiculous, it could have been really fun but was just a waste of my time and money.
