Since Monday, I have not been able to log into the app even though I can log in through the website. The only support is an email address. 4 days and 3 emails later, no response! So I’m paying for a service that I am not getting.

The free issues are pretty cool but can you make it where they are free on the marvel comics app or comixology.

The service doesn’t always work as it should and the search function is abysmal. There is a lot of great content that is hard to access.

Should give this 0 stars because all I do is read comics all day 🤦🏽‍♂️ But if you have some catching up to do, this is the easiest and most cost efficient way to do so. I’ve had it a week and have read 50+ comics definitely worth it
  • Somehow manages to get worse with each release

This app infuriates me. Buttons need to be tapped on several times. Comics I haven’t read yet start from the last page!? Loading spinners that require the app to be force quit in order to open again so I just download comics to offline and then read them (which also takes forever). But there’s a limit to how many I can save offline?! Also annoying... what are people going to do download every comic ever onto an iPad (not possible anyway) for $10 and cancel their subscription. No, that logic is completely dumb. At least let people store 50 comics or so at once.
  • The app is great. The support is garbage.

Had an issue where I couldn’t log in. Filed a trouble ticket and didn’t hear back for two weeks. Their fix didn’t work and I still haven’t heard anything from them. So, I’m paying for a subscription I can’t use. Too bad. The library is large and the app works well... when you can log in. Ultimately decided to cancel the subscription.
  • Fill up on X-men

Price of 3 books and I have access to thousands. All the gambit, legion and venom I can handle.
