  • VERY ANNOYING VIDEO NEWS REPORTING

Good written coverage of the news but very annoying auto-play of news videos. If I wanted video, I’d download the BBC or a U.S. network app. It’s enough of a nuisance that I deleted the app.
  • Worse and worse

This app keeps just getting worse and worse from it’s prior iteration before the major “update”. Also ladies and gentlemen look forward to surprise scroller ads with sound as you browse your news!
  • Unusable & Innaccessible

Completely not accessible for the blind. I use an iPod Touch with iOS 12. I have downloaded this update several times, however, alas, the current version gets stuck in the initial set-up. As an editor, journalist, and technical writer, failure to verify the ap works is a base line for any use or review. Fortunately, the earlier version on an older iPod Touch 5 with iOS 9.3 continues to work very well.. So I depend on that device & version for an otherwise good and dependable service with high-quality journalism. Still waiting for a usable & accessible update :(
  • A glitch or two

As another reviewer mentions, the shifting of the column of headlines is very annoying. There must be a way to update the headlines without causing this jump. Update: Stopped using. Seems every time I started reading a headline the update shift happened. Deal breaker. Plenty of other good news apps out there.

  • Average news app

From the renown Reuter’s I was expecting an easier-to-use app and more balanced coverage. The app always lists American headlines first, even under ‘world news’. The European section is almost exclusively News from the UK. Many articles are written by Indian authors based in India.. how do they know what’s happening in the rest of Asia, Africa, Europe, the US? Not impressed..
  • Love the reporting—the interface could use some work.

The interface is okay, certainly better than some, but I need a way to scroll through and select individual topics I follow that is more natural than swiping a thin bar on the top of the screen that shows only a few topics at a time. As it is, it’s difficult to quickly reach any specific topic, even though it’s easy to see and scroll through my main feed.

Reuters, Love your fact based news. Can we have: 1. Siri shortcut to play reuters now through Siri 2. An easy(tap based) way to navigate back and forward 5 seconds in reuters now videos
