I had purchased night mode (or dark mode or whichever I had to purchase...regardless, I was able to use all three modes) I now only have classic, so I tried to restore purchases and it didn't work. I even deleted the app and redownloaded and no joy there either. Please fix.
  • Now you must pay for the dark theme

Why do i have to pay for the dark theme? I should of been grandfathered in since I downloaded this at the time it was “the free app of the day”. I should of never upgraded :( one star.

I am looking for a new grocery shopping app and have been experimenting with Shoppy List. It’s pretty good but takes a little work to add in items not listed in categories. I would really find it useful to have a second line for item descriptions. (for Name brands, size, etc.). When using the iPhone, the single line gets cut off from view when adding very much of a description, (along with quantity or price). The iPad version has more space on the line but I don’t shop with my iPad. Such as: 1 Old El Paso Green Chilies x4 2 Diced, Mild, 4oz Hope this can be included in future updates.
  • New favorite shopping app

    # Favorite things I like about Shoppylist: * Apple watch app -- with complication! * Colored lists. * Item categories. * iCloud sync! * Automatic selection of shopping items. * Nite theme! * Favorite items. * Saves completed items in each list, so you can easily re-add them. * Saves separate notes and prices of items on each list. Makes it possilbe to compare prices from different stores. # What I'd love to see in a future version: ## Apple Watch: * Be able to easily switch lists on the Apple Watch. Currently you have to open the iPhone app to do so, then it changes on the watch. * Be able to add a new item on the Apple Watch. * See completed items on the Apple Watch. (Sometimes if you tap one by mistake, there's no "undo" option, but if we could see the completed items, we could easily uncheck it. Also would be good for when you may revisit a store and want to remember what you last bought, so you can add items back to your list without having to first open the iPhone app and unchecking them there). ## iPhone: * An ALL list -- a combination of all the Shoppylists in one view for iPhone and Apple Watch (ideally). Great way to get an overview of your shopping lists in one place, without having to switch to multiple lists). * View price totals for unchecked(unpurchased)/checked(purhased) items for each list. # General Comments: Shoppylist is now my favorite shopping list app and does about everything I could want in a shopping app. Lastly, Shoppylist could be even more amazing if there was a Mac companion app with a menu bar app. I can live without it, although one can dream ... 😊 Thank you for creating a fine app. May Shoppylist have a long and prosperous development future. 🙏
  • Perfect for me

I love that this app has a widget that I can add to my home screen. I've had countless list apps that I just end up forgetting to look at when I need to. This one is always present so I'm constantly reminded. I love it.
  • Exceptional Customer Service!

I had a question about category options and the developer responded promptly. This is a great shopping list app!
  • More problems since past upgrades

I’ve been using this app, my favorite for years. I’m a low vision user with iPad Pro. I require category items in a great detail for the sighted helper, like the examples in Peapod app. I use one font size larger. The catalog showing category list after clicking book icon is unable to read because the category items have been overwritten according to the sighted. Pls fix this. Can you the developer make up to three lines visible in Edit category item Name & Notes? It’d give us easier time to edit. Now I’m not able to edit at end of long and detailed category items like various flavors of frozen burritos and ICE brand flavor drinks. The category items are overlapped in the main page and category items list windows because the items are more than one line long. Can you the developer make the bullet at the first line instead of averaging the length of category item line? Where is search icon on the main page? It’s for looking for misplaced items. I want to be happy and continue using this great app. Thank you for fixing bugs and making this accessible for lowvision users.
  • No Brainer!

Love this app because it’s simple and straight forward, even a 3 year old can navigate through the app. That is how simplistic the app is. I started out with 3 different apps and when I began using this one, I deleted the other two immediately! A must have, especially for Senior Citizens! FYI -This critique was written by a Senior Citizen! 😇
  • Great App!!

I have been using this app for about 2 weeks now, and have fallen in love with it!! it’s well worth the $4.99 (one time fee). You can even have it right on your Today screen which helps alot. and it syncs to icloud which is awesome!! I don’t have to worry about loosing my lists, if or when I upgrade my phone.. you can make your lists “add items”-“ delete items”- “change items”etc. this app is Everything I was looking for, I also agree it would be great also to have it be available with Siri shortcuts. I totally give this app 5 stars!!!!
