All of a sudden I’m faced with the screen that says upgrade the 365 to save my files. What changed? I used to think That if you owned a full version that you could download and have full capabilities of the mobile app but apparently you’ve change that feature and I am highly disappointed because it came in a critical point and now I’m being extorted to buy 365 not happy
  • Excellent app. Want fingerprint integration for iPhone and password-protected files.

please add the feature of fingerprint recognition integration for password protected excel files. For when you are running excel on an iPhone. Other than that, great app.
  • Work does not save

Like the majority of productive people, I work on my documents across multiple devices. However, Microsoft’s iOS app is the only place that never actually saves the updates. All the work I do is constantly lost. I have given up entirely on using the app to make changes and at times am even afraid to open a file at all just to look at without making changes. Sage reed are compliant the same thing. For me, this is a serious problem as I am a doctoral student. When I lose work it can be years of work, and tens of thousands of dollars in tuition.
  • Annoying messages when starting the app

Why is it so hard to learn from all other successful apps out there? I just want to access my spreadsheet quickly, you guys pop up messages asking for notifications, showing me what’s new on excel, it’s the most annoying thing. Make it straight forward and don’t spam me with this crap please.
  • Horrible

Microsoft have practically made Excel unusable over time for anyone that isn’t paying them a monthly subscription fee. They’ve taken away features periodically and have now even removed the ability to simply save a spreadsheet to my phone. Everything is now hidden behind a paywall. This is ridiculous and anyone that pays a subscription fee for features that used to be free is ludicrous.
