This is the stop smoking app that science built. Over 20 different, evidence-based, techniques to help you become - and stay - smoke free. See how much money you've saved, how many cigarettes you've not smoked, how long you’ve been smoke free, how much life you've regained and how your health is improving. Log your cravings, get tips on dealing with them, use the map to see where they congregate, the notes to see what patterns can be identified and the graph to see how they're decreasing. All this is free to use and entirely free of ads. If you need extra help giving up smoking our missions could be just what you need, as they’ve been proven to double your chances of quitting. No other app can promise you this. We proved the missions worked by performing a rigorous scientific experiment. As far as we know, this is the first ever randomised control trial run entirely within an app. Its success means we want to run many more and our goal is to constantly make our app more effective This is all entirely voluntary and you can download the app without taking part in the experiment. Your data will be kept anonymous and you can delete it at any time. But we really hope you do take part because everyone who does will help the quitters who follow. So do yourself a favour by quitting smoking. And do your fellow smokers a favour by helping them understand how it’s done. Weekly Subscription If you choose to subscribe you get access to all elements of the app. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase and subscriptions automatically renew each week unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The subscription costs 99p (or local equivalent) per week. You can manage your subscriptions in the iPhone Settings app and you can turn off auto-renew by going to your Account Settings .Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchases a subscription, where applicable. • Reminds me that I'm quitting...

It's the most successful I've been ... The health stats are the most motivating... The large clock indicating how long I've been without a cigarette...OMG... I think it might be broken...

  • Keeps me going

    By Bari Star
It’s been only 3 days and I’d really like to give up and smoke again. This gives me something to turn to every time I experience a craving. I didn’t realize how often I smoke just because I’m upset. I never get around to confronting or dealing with the underlying reason for smoking.
  • Love the Visuals

    By Cinredlegs
This App helped me fight cravings by continuously updating the time spent Smoke-Free. It was great to see that & not want to mess it up. If you can get past the first 3 days, you’re golden. The Smoke Free App can help with that.

Love the Health Improvements. It shows the positive changes of my body after not smoking. I also love the money saved section. In one week I’ve saved almost $50.00 by not smoking.
  • Today’s Mission STOPS AT 32!?!?!

  • Awesome stat keeper

This app is easy on the eyes and not overly complicated. It tries to make quitting fun and encouraging. Use it as a companion to your own discipline. No one and nothing can make you quit but you. But this app can give you encouragement with its missions and help you bring the dedication back to forethought so you don’t skip through the cracks.
  • I like this app

    By TutuMaui
It was encouraging to open this app each day to see the non smoking hours add up. Let’s me know how not smoking is now improving my health and how many cigs I have not smoked since I quit(that’s very eye opening). It tracks how many hours you save not smoking so far and that is surprising at the time I had put into that bad habit. So far I’ve made it just over 7 days, so I made it thru hell week. Chantix is also helping with the cravings.
