Connecting to the Internet in the parks: Without a strong Internet signal, wait times, park hours and schedules may not update accurately. You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings. Note: Some features in this app will require your full name, country, birthdate and email address, as well as access to your location data. If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager. This app will request access to your camera to scan credit cards for purchases, link tickets and passes to your account, and scan and link PhotoPass cards. The app will request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. The app will request access to your contacts to assign purchased PhotoPass images to your contacts. Optional planning tools may also ask you to provide details about your travel party. Some features in this app include the ability to make purchases and will require a Wi-Fi or mobile carrier data connection. Guests must be 18 years or older to make purchases.     App doesn’t let me log in unless I’m on WiFi. I’m constantly having problems just to get fast passes for rides. The app would be a 3 maybe a 4 if all this was fixed

    I can’t sign in. Keeps taking me back to the sign in page after I correctly input my email and password. I even reinstalled the app after deleting it just to see if that would work. ... nope. I’ve been a pass holder for over two years and this app gets worse and worse.

    I love the Disney Experience App. It is so convenient to use, I love having Fastpass and dining options at my fingertips when I am in the parks. However, I have not been able to open the app to work on planning my upcoming trip. I can give this app a 5 star rating if it actually worked, but until then it only deserves a 1 star from me.

    Pretty crazy day at DW today. Not sure if it’s due to an overly busy day or the FP. FP seems to have really extended the wait times, not helped. Used to be able to navigate this park pretty well w/o them even on busy days.

    The app can be great. But for some reason I was basically shut out of making reservations for our upcoming trip for an extra week. Now I’m having problems getting reservations to the restaurants we really wanted.

    I am a big fan of Disney and have been to DisneyWorld several times. Today was my second time attending while using the app, and it completely messed up my family’s reservations and fast passes. Our tickets apparently bonded together somehow and it was such a hassle trying to get them sorted out in customer relations. My cousin was part of our party in my app and when the tickets went awry this morning, her access to all of our fast passes disappeared, so she was made to miss out on experiences that we were hoping for and had planned for. The fast pass system is nice but the app doesn’t make it easy to navigate. The app froze and crashed on us several times today and I have been so disappointed with it. It has certainly put a damper on our (very expensive) day.
