  • Not what I wanted

I am cancelling my AnyList subscription, as I never use this app anymore. I have found the PERFECT grocery list and it is GoodNotes. GoodNotes has exactly what I was looking for—ability to type up lists according to department, then highlight before/unhighlight after shopping. Mentioned this to AnyList developers and they did not even know what I was talking about. Only advantage of this one is ability to have photos, but not worth a subscription and it’s useless at the grocery store—where I need it! What good is a list of 30 “favorites” to take to the store when I only need, say, 15 of them? So goodbye AnyList, I have GoodNotes now...
  • Awesome

I already loved AnyList for its ability to keep multiple different lists that sync across all of my devices. But the new recipe function that allows you to directly upload a recipe from the Internet via a single touch of a button (with photos) and then add all the items for any particular recipe to your grocery list with the touch of a button button is AWESOME!

Grocery list, travel packing list, language phrases and words list, karaoke tunes list with YouTube links, guitar chords and practice sessions list... are just some of my many uses for this versatile app. And it synchs between my iPhone and iPad. I’ve been a happy user for years.
  • Simple and effective

Have used for years now. I don’t do anything fancy but do have several lists available at all times: grocery, pick up at vet, handyman chores, and a few more.

  • Many nice features

I’ve been looking for a while and tried several other list apps attempting to better organize my shopping to decrease waste and impulse items. Pros: item categories make shopping quicker I I move through the store, with the upgrade I am able to meal plan using recipe import and add needed ingredients from the recipe (just what I don’t have, not the entire list). I can also share the list with my husband. I like item cross off and can delete things as I go. Cons: I have not been able to apply it effectively to other non shopping lists. I’d like to make notes on a list by date. I.e.- days with migraines, diet points used etc, so I don’t have to cross cross other apps. Also the upgrade, while not expensive, is a yearly subscription instead of one and done.
  • Fantastic

Probably the best app ever. Seriously. Sooo many time I download apps, use once and then leave to clutter up my phone because they just don’t deliver the features I want. Or if it is a sharing app, the other people I share with do not use the app because they find it hard to use. THIS WAS NOT EITHER ^^ it works wonderfully and the people I share lists with love and use it too! Absorbing recipes from the web into a standardized format, shared grocery lists, calendar meal planning... worth every penny. Suffice to say I highly recommend AnyList, and tip of the hat to the team who built it.
  • Love this app!

I love this app, it has a lot of flexibility and organization to keep my grocery, shopping, to-do, etc. lists in order clearly and the recipe section is so convenient. I’ve been using the basic free version for over a year and it’s been great, I just copy and paste all my recipes. Only complaint is that the icon options are limited. I just bought the upgrade so I can directly import recipes with their pictures to make it even more convenient and organized. I’ve recommended this app to many people, I love it!
  • The Best App

I use this app all the time. I import recipes, use it for my grocery list, and the best part both my boyfriend and I can use the app together.
  • Awesome app, Awesome customer service

This is my family’s go to app for shopping lists. Everyone can add to the list as things come up and the master list is updated and whenever one of us is at the store the stuff we are out of gets bought....simple....functional and years later it’s still works perfectly Love the recipe function, find a recipe on the web and chose upload to AnyList and the recipe, along with the ingredients gets imported into AnyList. I recently had to contact the developers for help when I had an issue with AnyList on my new phone...I was impressed to say the least! The responses were quick, personal (no canned responses) and they were able to resolve my issue. 10 stars guys!
