    Still waiting for a response from developer. It’s been months since my videos suddenly stopped playing. When I try to remove them and send back to my phone I get the error message saying it does not support these types of files. DEVELOPER HAS NOT REACHED OUT OR PROVIDED ANY SOLUTIONS!!! Still no word on when my videos will play again. Please help??
