  • Horrible Waste of Time and Money

    Wanted to like it but have not been able to read any articles for months even after hundreds of dollars of download costs. Restoring purchases does not seem to work and I now only get a spinning wheel and ads(which come through fine). AVOID THIS APP. Total waste of your money.

    Stories will not load on iPhone despite issue being fully downloaded. This app needs more than one person working on it.
  • Stopped working on iPad

    What is going on with this app. I love the magazine but when it doesn’t work at all then it’s very frustrating. After it’s finished loading you go to any section and you don’t see anything but a little spinning circle. And since there seems to be no way to actually contact tech-support the only way to communicate this is to write this review. Looking at all the other comments it’s obvious that the creators of this app our total amateurs and the magazines needs to fire the entire crew and get some carpet people in to work on this thing. It’s probably such a mess they should re-write it from scratch.

  • Can not log in

    No matter how many ways I try, I cannot log into this app. I can do it online, but not on the app. It has been this way for many many versions.
  • Spotty at best

    I subscribe to both the print and digital The Week, and depend on the latter because (a) I live in a remote area and my print copy doesn’t arrive til Monday many weeks, and (b) I am out of town or country about three months out of the year. The old app had its problems, but this one is fraught with mishaps. It won’t recognize my subscription. Or it won’t download. Or the covers download and nothing else. It won’t hold my sign-in info. The photos won’t open. The text size keeps reverting. It used to be I could email Customer Service and they would respond quickly with a fix. Now, that doesn’t even happen. Email I sent them a week ago has never been answered. I love The Week but if the app does not improve, it will be the reason I cancel.

    App has too many glitches. Content has drifted way left and has destroyed some of your credibility- very dissatisfied there. Move back the center and report the news, not your editorial views, unless it is an editorial! Captain Jack
