  • Could be simplified

    Coming from an A-Lister who uses the app daily, there are many things I would do to make the app more user friendly: 1. Too many clicks just to order one item (I counted 12 clicks from opening the app to placing an order from my previously ordered items list). 2. The prepare my order page is unnecessary. People want their food immediately when they order on an app. When you do place an order and go to prepare my order after closing the app, the app usually just resets anyways and makes you order again. Plus it won’t let you order while on the way of driving because of the geofence. I would recommend removing in its entirety. 3. Once a location is picked, shouldn’t require asking you which store each time the app is opened (that would save about 3 clicks right there). 4. Lastly an extra question (click) of if you want for carry out or dine-in is unnecessary too. I’m sure 9/10 people are using the app to grab and go. Otherwise they can also choose to sit with just the to-go bag. I’d recommend using the Starbucks app as an reference on how to better the CFA app because of how much quicker it is from opening the app to having your order placed.

  • Charged me twice

    I placed an order and it gave me an error message at checkout that unfortunately they were unable to serve me at that time and suggested I try again later. I started over and the next time my order went through but after I picked it up I saw in my email that my card was charged twice. When I filled out the message form and told them what happened all I could get was a “hold your breath and we’ll get back to you” email- which they never did. I wasn’t so much bothered by the glitch in the app as them blowing me off afterwards.

    At least four times, my order hasn’t gone through. Today I was in a hurry to get to an MRI appointment. We left home in time to get a to go breakfast. I sent in the order. Got the confirmation that our order was ready. My husband went inside for it and waited and waited. When I came in and cornered an employee, one of several who had been ignoring him waiting there, we were told it hadn’t gone through. Good idea. Poor execution.

    I lost my free chicken sandwich because the app crashed right after my survey was completed! :( Also it’s almost imposible to make a catering order :/ overall a good app just sad about my sandwich!

    Every time I open this app I have to update it. Trying to order through the app for the drive thru. The line is wrapped around the building, we just ordered and the update still isn’t done. Please stop being annoying. There was no crash
