  • You need a remote control to get code for this app

    By siasiasiasiasia
If i need a remote control to get the initial code why do i need the app, would be better if the code was already on the tv
  • 20$ to rent ridiculous

    The title says it all
  • Don’t waste your time.

Downloaded app and entered the code shown on the hotel TV screen. Repeatedly received message saying there was a network error and to make sure I had data access. Checked my cellular data access and it was fine. Called their tech support who asked for the 6 digit code from the TV screen and then told me the code was invalid. Bottom line, they we’re of of no help. Going back to hotel remote.
  • Worthless

    By M4RCCC
Doesn’t nothing that a remote control won’t do. Completely worthless.
  • Says cc exp date not valid! When I tried two cards and both exp dates were correct!

    Bad app
  • Don’t even download

This is garbage, I wish I listened to the reviews. It literally TRICKED me into paying the $.99 for the guide, I just clicked on “skip”. RIP OFF. Apple should remove from the Apple Store otherwise they are culpable.
  • Connection error

    By JHost81
This works maybe 10% of the time and then dies. Resyncing works a tiny bit. It mostly just doesn’t work. Why bother? Save your time this is junk.
  • $20 to rent a movie... Cannot connect to Netflix

    By Timbohughes
Don’t listen to the other reviewers. You can’t connect to any streaming services. But you do have the option to rent a movie through the app for a little bit less than $20/ rental. Very reasonable...
  • Scam

    By vgfgkiuyg
It did not work at all. It continued to give us a error message and when you call they are closed and say call back during normal business hours. Looks like a scam.
  • OK, but Needs improvements

$.99 each year is a bit, hmm... I wish the program guide function was a lot better. Every time you leave the program guide window for another window, or leave the app, and come back to the program guide, the program guide resets to the top. I wish it just stayed at whatever was the last channel you were viewing in the program guide. That way I wouldn’t have to re-scrool through all of the channels. Other than that, it is very handy for hotels with confusing and/or non-functional remote controls.
