    and been bad for years. You can tell this paper is struggling. They can’t at least make the user experience acceptable. Too bad.

    I just deleted and reinstalled 3 times. It locks. Never mind the political bias this newspaper highlights! I agree!!

    Negative 10 stars Constantly freezes or doesn’t open to current day paper. Always have to delete, reload etc. Signing back in is a pain. Considering just canceling subscription when it runs out. NYT, Philadelphia Enquirer etc seem to be able to have their eeditions run smoothly.

    This app works fine, but about half the time all images and graphics load totally off, really messes up the reading experience.

    I’m a full service subscriber and the app keeps asking me to subscribe about every two to three weeks. Pages and articles load very slowly despite the fact I have an iPhone X with the latest software. Not intuitive and difficult to navigate if you want jump to different sections of the paper. Very poor user experience. I hate using it.

    I have the same issue as another reader; reloading this app nearly everyday and doing the sign in. And the reload doesn’t always work and must be repeated several times. Fix this awful app!

    This piece of crap app jams every other time and has to be reloaded and I have to sign in each time. Hard to believe this from Rhode Island’s top newspaper which seems to be headed down every time I think about it. Why don’t you just shut the paper down now and let some other company run a state newspaper because you’ve already failed.
  • Not updating to latest issue

    I start my morning reading the ProJo on this app. Since I got a new iPad for Christmas, the new edition of the paper does not load for me automatically. The only way for me to load the next days paper is to delete and re install the app. Anyone else having the same issue? Very frustrating.
