  • Terribly slow

Map animation takes 30-60 seconds to load. Even after it finally loads the animations are choppy and slow. I changed settings in the advanced section and it made no difference in loading speed. Junk.

  • No drought layer

Waited a year for the return of the drought layer, a feature offered before the grandiose upgrade. Still not available. It has been deleted.

Just spins and radar never loads. Useless.

This app is based on NOAA.gov. Why do I have to pay for its full functionality as a taxpayer who is already paying for the technology and NOAA.gov?

I purchased this app because it was rated best for Apple Watch. It does not work with Apple Watch contrary to the information listed. Refund?
  • Features removed slowly over time with each update

When I first purchased this app it was packed full of features and like many others, I too noticed that with each update, fewer and fewer options were available or now required in-app purchases to re-enable features I used to have. Even worse now for me is that none of the layers are visible thus making the app useless. Skip it and find another weather app (unless you like the hassle lol).

Lightning Alerts are old technology. Some apps it's free now. Just search. Lightning Alerts are an In-App-Purchase in this app )-:

  • Menu Problem

When I look up my current locations weather, I cant close the menu. No matter how many time I press the “X” it doesn’t close. Which causes me to no be able to get into any other menus. Love this app but it’s rather frustrating having to force close the app and reopen it to get the menu to go away.
