  • Doesn’t work

Up until about a year ago this app worked great. Since then, it refuses to connect to the two Escort Passport Max radars I own. My iPhone connects via BT, but the app won’t recognize the scanner. Poor design.
  • Noisy ride with erroneous warnings

    By Oracle_oracle
Escort says they have a vision of this app leading the field and to bring all their collected data to the user experience. They have an awful long way to go and a huge hole to dig themselves out of. I know they can turn it into a great app but the investment is needed. Even with six years of update they still cannot get it to limit alerts to the road I’m driving and the direct I’m heading. You get live alerts if the object is on another nearby highway or heading the opposite direction. The displayed speed limits used to drive functionality are inaccurate or nonexistent so warnings are in error or not given depending on the situation. I have turned the escort live warnings off because they make my ride so noisy and are rarely correct.
  • Apple iOS 11 update killed it

    By James Skar
Doesn’t pair via Bluetooth anymore ever since the iOS 11 update. They are blaming Apple but I don’t care. I bought the hardware and pay for a service that doesn’t work.
  • Mixed Signals

So I like having the app and I like having it warn me about possible radar threats ahead. The radar detector itself works very well. So a few things that I don't like about the app: I wish I could shut off some red lights not all but ones that I drive through every day. The app does not play nice with my iTunes on my iPhone if I hit pause and then hit play again it goes to the first song in my library instead of back to the song that's playing. The app also seems to stay running in the background for some reason when I get out of the car I'm in the house and all of a sudden it'll pop up with the warning it'll say radar ahead. I also wish the display would auto dim after some amount of time the full bright display does not allow the phone to charge while it's on. The latest rev keeps switching from dashboard view to map view on its own whenever I switch apps or use the phone. Also alerts, even when muted block the audio controls so you can’t press pause.
  • This was a Great App

    By iPhone67
This was a great app until the last update. And that update they changed the “open” screen to the “map” and instead of my choice — the “dashboard.” And the user is not given an option to open with the screen of their choice, selected in “settings.” They should at least have left the option to open with the screen I choose not the one they think I should use. I hope there are enough comments like mine so that either the user
  • Mediocre developers

    By Deniolan
The developers of this application are mediocre as best. The app works - but the iPhone X has now been out for a almost a year and this app still doesn’t support the full screen size as of the latest update, just days after the announcement of the Xs and XsMax - so lame. It’s not like they aren’t maintaining the code - they just aren’t supporting the devices the way they should be able to, and easily.
  • So outdated, it’s also spotty

Escort makes cutting edge detectors that look like they are from 2018. The App looks like it’s form the 2012. I find the app confusing at best. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Escort really needs to overhaul it completely. It doesn’t even fit the format of current iPhones. Escort makes such great detectors but they really need to allocate more to their app software team.
  • Disappointing

    By quinoje
Has and always had connectivity issues. Bluetooth shows my Passport 360 connected by the app can’t find it. Sometimes it helps to pull the power from the detector, sometimes I have to re-touch the Bluetooth link in my setttins.
  • Not compatible with iPhones

    By LBL93
Not very compatible with iPhones. It logs you out every few minutes or so. You have to keep logging back in to continue getting the current speed limit displays on the 360. I hear it’s an iPhone thing but Escort needs to address this in a future update. No need to keep longing in every 5 minutes.
  • Another glitch...
