    I love Proview on the PC or using browser! However DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY on this app until the software issue is finally fixed. Years ago the app worked great until the updates. Each update has done nothing. I just reinstalled the app, just to check if the latest update worked and still the same. This time app crashes after a few seconds. Tech support is no help. Tech support will do an update then say everything works, but really they have no clue how to patch the code. The app needs to be scraped and recoded. FIX THE BUG PLEASE!!!!!!! PATCH NOW PLEASE!!!! Proview online or on your PC is awesome! The app is a nightmare.

    I have never been get this app to work consistently. Removed, reinstalled, stood on my head, summoned the spirits from the sixth level of purgatory, spent HOURS on the phone with head-scratching CSRs and engineers who are completely dumbfounded at the fact that it crashes on opening. All. The. Time. The volumes aren’t cheap, and access SHOULD be ideal on an iPad. But no. Will not be renewing

    This app has become useless. Have deleted and reinstalled, rebooted etc. It loads one book, then crashes, and continues to crash on opening. The only way to read a volume is to disconnect from internet (airplane mode). No longer workable. This was once a very useable app and I made purchases based on its reliability at the time. The current situation is unacceptable and I will seek out other publisher’s solutions.

    Updated 04/30/2918 So, Thomson Reuters managed to ignore this review for so long that I forgot when I wrote it. I had no contact with the developer or anyone from customer service in the interim until they wanted a star so the sent me an email. Classic. Customer Service, Thomson, is supposed to be about the customer. You just completely ignored me until you wanted something. That’s not customer service. That’s being self absorbed and self-centered. Like others, I can't log in using one pass. App keeps telling me "unsuccessful" over and over again. It is better to make sure your app works well before rolling it out. You just wasted an hour of my time and done more harm than good.

    Feb 21, 2018 ... Tax Season underway ... Thompson Reuters picked this time to issue an update and BAM! I can not open my reference materials because the new ProView crashes about 1.5 seconds after opening. What kind of monkeys do you guys employ to script our software? FIX IT DAMNIT! I have clients depending on me NOW, not next week or next month, but today, Feb. 21, 2018! Yes! Thank all that is good in the universe, my ProView is back to working! Thank you TR, but next time don’t use me as a beta tester, verify an update actually works before releasing it!
  • You MUST erase the old App & ADD the new Version

    I just go off the phone with the “Tech Support” that “did not work in the ProView area,” but knew I had to erase & re-download. It works now ... although I had to waste a 1/2 hour of my day to figure this out & my app hasn’t work since I updated last week. Given that we pay as much as we do for this app, you’d think these folks would at least give us a heads up.

    Since recent update app is no longer working. Tap app to open and it takes you back to the ipad table top. Had to long in through site.
