  • Editted photos go back to original

    By abhishek619
I had been using this app for last 5 years on various devices. It had been working perfectly fine but recently it started reverting photos back to how they were and leaving a duplicate of original. I hope google fixes it as soon as possible because I have lost every single editted photo now and wasted a lot of hours of work.
  • Edits Disappearing

    By Anajay777
I have used this app for years, it has been my default photo editor. But over the last few months I’ve noticed my edits disappearing on photos that have been edited and saved. Very frustrating! Hope it gets fixed soon, I’d hate to have to switch to a new app.

  • Not photoshop lite

    By Aaron22213
Well, a friend said that I just had to try this. He said it was just like Photoshop, but for free. No, this is nothing like photoshop. It doesn’t even support layers. That said! It’s still cool. It’s free, it filters, and it provides some basic modification tools. And, even better, it’s by Google! Those wonderful googlers who do all those strange sorts of mysterious and magical things with my data.
  • Really?

Snapseed on iPhone seems insanely aggravating... to many gotchyas and things that just don't seem to work at all compared to Droid... I used to love it...

This is my favorite app to edit photos with because of the ease and variety of quality options. However, over the past couple of months, there have been times I’ve spent an hour or two editing photos and then within a couple of hours or by the next day, all of the edits are gone and the photos have reverted back to their originals. It doesn’t not matter if I choose the save or save a copy options because it has happened to photos saved with both methods. So be weary before using this app that you may lose your edits apparently

  • LOVE this app but something’s wrong...

    By Susaleena
For some reason, I can no longer “edit in Snapseed” when I have a photo open in Google photos. The snapseed app no longer pops up and it’s annoying. This used to be functional so I’m not sure what happene.
  • Attention, Google?

Read your reviews! Any given “app” by any given “dev” should ALWAYS be rated 4.2+ (And I’m referring to REAL, VALID, actual ratings from coherent, educated adults... Not blatantly faked and baked ones by Apple, backalley “devs”, Et al., with ratings that were NOT calculated, but manually posted.) For a company your size (HR “Head Count”) plus the excessive amounts of cash you have on tap (but waste like idiots) every single product you offer should be nothing less than stellar. Even if your KNOWN primary purpose is to drain every possible personal attribute and dataset for you to profile and profit immensely from.

It would be nice if users could save their edit formulas, similar to actions in Photoshop. Maybe there is a way but I have not found it. Also a batch edit feature would be nice.
