Does not work on multiple devices. Their customer service is terrible. I have left messages and emails with no response. Also, if you have watched serval of the videos the app does not allow you to watch more if not connected to WiFi. Plus videos are not updated often.

How do you make the charges. I have turned this app off of my phone however the charges continue to go through... ** if you are using any Apple products, I suggest that you watch the charges they charge me $166 last mo which originally started out at 2.99 over three years ago. they’ve added up more and more and more I’m over it. Minus one on the star rating!

The various baby first apps will sometimes have sounds and the majority of the time it will not have sound. So it doesn’t allow for my children to be entertained.

I can't believe you're trying to extort this much money from people. You should be ashamed of yourselves. The app is TERRIBLE. You should fire your designer. You made the letters and background the same color, so you can't see the letters where they overlap. Your section with HUGE FLASHING LETTERS THAT SAYS "FREE" has some paid content. Don't expect people to pay over premium prices for terrible products.
  • Annoyed

The advertisement for the store and toys are overwhelming. It's shameless and shady to put advertisement as soon as the app is opened and seriously expect a kid to close it with out ending up somewhere else (survey monkey). My 2 year old can navigate TO the app just fine but the advertisements plastered all over the app are annoying. I already paid for the app, the channel has advertisement every 60 seconds it's a serious turn off. Please stop blocking use of the app as soon as its opened.

This app would be nice if it didn’t constantly malfunction. I got charged for yearly membership but I’m still locked out. Customer Service has yet to respond

Liked the app and it worked ok until I tried to subscribe and it would never work (I have funds for it) so it doesn’t make sense
  • Too short videos with auto play feature

First, you have to pay the subscription fee then you can watch the videos. The app is good because there are no commercials but the videos are so short and there is no autoplay feature or a way to set a playlist. This is not good for a road trip unless there is someone, in the backseat, who can keep playing different videos.
