  • Lacks basic BLE Bluetooth connx

    By Sharp99Shooter
Strava recently removed the ability to connect to some external Bluetooth devices, for example my heart rate monitor. This is basic functionality that should work, but because they cannot figure out a “bug” they removed the ability. HR is one of the basic performance training targets. Without that, Strava is just a basic tracker and not a performance tool. The device will work if I launch a 3rd party app and have the data cferred to Strava, but I don’t believe that’s real-time. And the need to launch another app to use basic functionality is ludicrous.
  • 2 decimal places for the Apple Watch missing

    By Craiger
I just don’t understand. This should not be a difficult change to make. Please add add this so I can start using the APP again
  • Split times include non pause

    By OffUser
When activity is saved and auto pause is on, split times include non-pause times. This has changed about 2 versions ago. Split times had shown total movement time
  • My favorite app...but

    By Psylo67
This is my go to riding app, but starting in Early November 2019, GPS has been intermittent for most of my rides on my phone and Apple Watch. This happens on ride locations that I never experienced issues in the past. I’ve tried all the tricks including resetting phone and Apple Watch. Help!
  • Save activities

    By Sebastián Lopez
Sometimes activities don’t save. They stay as pending activities once I conclude them. Why this happen?
  • Does not support Fitbit!

    By TheKlep
App doesn’t work with Fitbit. The accounts do not remain linked so no data transfer. Contact support as a Summit subscriber got an automated email with links to fix it myself. Links didn’t help at all. Overall it’s been two days and no one has responded. Account still doesn’t transfer.
  • Calories are incorrect

    By rmrunning gal
I like the community aspect of this app but when using this with my Apple Watch it overestimated the calories I ran. This seems like a common problem with this app.
  • Still no swim support for Apple Watch

    By Kalgon83
There is still absolutely no support for swim data upload directly from my Apple Watch. This has been an issue for years. Canceling my premium and sticking with Runmeter and FinalSurge.
  • Just the phone app

    By future DirecTV customer
This is supposed to be an iPad app, but it is just the phone app that runs on an iPad. Why not just use my phone?
  • Customizable Apple Watch

    By Football box
The social aspect about the app is amazing, the main thing it’s lacking is the ability to customize what is shown on your watch when you do your activity. With the amount of other workout apps that embrace the Apple Watch much better it’s hard to recommend Strava to another casual runner who doesn’t really care for the social aspects of the app.
