  • Bad customer service!

I paid for the full access subscription and never gained access. The tech team who you could only communicate with my email repeatedly sent me a link that said expired when I clicked on it in order to activate my full access. After repeated attempts throughout the year via email and calling to speak with someone that provided them newsletter, I eventually gave up and accepted the fact that I paid $60+ for basically nothing because I work out of town and rely on the app, not the newsletter. Utterly disappointed.

Still looking for a way to access the podcast on Apple Watch. I’m not carry my phone while running. So far I’m still dependent on an iPod shuffle.

The Rush App and access to the show through ITunes is why I became a Rush subscriber. I won't be re-subscribing. I get better access to Rush via iheart radio. The app doesn't work well, especially in a location with no wifi, many times it just hangs. iHeart works great over the cell network with no wifi. iTunes does what I want: the ability to download the whole show, and listen to it when I want with no commercials; but I have to wait until I get home from work to sync. What I want us something that works like iTunes, with the ability to download over a cellular network if wifi isn't available. And I would like the show available sooner, only one hour delay hour by hour. Update: no improvement in the last year. Some reviews say "works great!"; but these reviewers probably have access to a pristine network connection, and have the time to listen start to finish. If you are missing these two things then the app is terrible. It locks up constantly, doesn't remember where the listener left off (restarts at the beginning after a reset). Please fix this! Another update: It is too buggy! After spending 1/2 hour rebooting my iPhone etc because the app said I wasn’t connected to the network, I gave up and went to iHeartRadio to listen. IHeartRadio did not have a problem connecting to the network.

Trying to listen to the program but message indicates no internet. Other programs (Podcast, Browser) can access fine.
  • Scrubbing still broken

Listening to audio in the On Demand section, scrubbing to a different time only works once. Then it’s impossible to advance or rewind the show. It also completely fails when switching back after another app takes playback control. Very weak app overall.
  • Worst Update

This update to the iPods horrendous; as a Subscriber, I’ve lost the ability to find and listen to the hourly segments as well as the live feeds. It seems to be normal on mi iPhone but I will definitely let my paid subscription lapse if not fixed. Shame on you Rush for advising the masses to do this upgrade; your Apple knowledgeable took a downgrade on this upgrade.

Regarding 4.0 I cannot download podcasts on iPhone or iPad. Running IOS 11.4. No problem streaming. Weak tech support. Still can’t download the show on recent 4.2.
  • Please scale it for iPad!

It is painful using the app on my iPad Pro. It is the cellular version, I don”t ever miss Rush, but I find myself using I heart radio. ( the iPad has superior audio) Thank you
