Just a way for app to make money. Too many things to pay for, deleted from my phone, seems to lead you to many more things then just what is advertised
  • App works well on iPhone 8.

Continuing to use this app. Works very well. ... Jan. 2019. Still using this app, after several years. Functions well on my iPhone 8. App is just about impossible to use on the iPhone 6s Plus. The camera lens and the flash are too far apart. . . Jan. 2016 This app doesn't work for me on the iPhone 6s Plus. It can't seem to find the pulse in my finger. I suspect it's because of the greater distance between the camera lens and the flash unit on this newer iPhone. . . Nov. 2015. I'm looking forward to trying the new features in this update. I've been a big fan of this app for over two years. December, 2014. I continue to use this app on a regular basis to check my heart rate. (For some reason I've always found it a problem to consistently feel my own pulse.) Also, I've found the app very useful for checking my heart's rhythm. I use the app routinely to confirm that I'm in normal rhythm, when I don't have easy access to a stethoscope. In addition to the visual and auditory enunciation of the heartbeat, the app also has a useful graphical output. Maybe not accurate enough for checking one's QT interval, but otherwise informative. . . . July, 2014 Great app! The visual and audio enunciation of the heart beat makes the app a good tool for checking one's heart rhythm. I'm amazed at how well the app functions. Recommend it highly. August, 2013 Works well and does exactly as advertised. Well worth the optional 99 cents payment. I gladly paid it to support the app. Important to read the instructions and understand how the app works. Instructions are clear and simple. I continue to be amazed at the accuracy of the app. I highly recommend it. Have been using this powerful app daily for several months. Last update added some nice improvements. The additional features of the optional 99 cents version are an amazing value. - April, 2013

Barely works and is not at all accurate. Wants me to give them more information, to sign up. Real privacy concerns there. Do NOT recommend. Why pay for bad performance and to have your privacy violated?
  • Accurate and inexpensive.

I tested the accuracy of my heart rate shown with the Doctors. The exact same number. I personally have found that comforting knowing the rate us accurate. Everyone should have this app. I am definitely going to upgrade mine for additional information.
  • Unreliable app looking to milk more money out of you.

Totally disappointing. First the heart rate reading is completely unreliable. It goes all over the place. The app want your personal information, which serves no other purpose but to be sold online to make them more money. So much for privacy. You will constantly be bombarded to upgrade and buy other features and why would you want to do that when they fail so miserably at the main purpose of providing a reliable heart rate. I hate these apps that advertise health monitoring, but set their goals at milking every dollar out of you. Apple is failing us by approving these apps. Hope my $5 will give them indigestion.

Had this app for a couple years now. It consistently and accurately measures HR. It used to be inconsistent, but no issues any more. Highly recommend! And I don’t seem to get The annoying Premium advertisement pop up EVERY SINGLE TIME I wanted to take my HR. Kudos for that!!!
