  • Content is good, app is awful

    By yayfrogs
This app fails at its one job: providing information in an efficient and timely manner. Old stories are routinely stuck at the top of the categories. There’s no search function. And to see the print version, you have to open a browser! The stories are fine. The app is terrible.
  • New app is so bad

    By LoneStarPhan
New app is awful. I read paper for several years without problems. Now I can’t use my iPad to read it. Why roll out such an inferior product when the old one was so good?

Extremely difficult to use and navigate. Continuous black out and returning to beginning page. Frequently updates and shuts up down. Does not allow a full page view in safari on iPad. Extremely frustrated and considering dropping subscription.
  • No navigation

Want to continue the story your reading on the simulated page like you USED TO? Too bad, can’t do it. Want to see the simulated paper like you used to. Too bad, can’t do it. (Ha, sound like health care). It’s not an App if it forces you to a URL is it. Constantly “ resetting the page” when trying to skip to sections. THIS IS COMPLETELY INFERIOR TO THE OLD APP AND PROCESS
  • Heat to even look at the paper

This new app makes reading the paper hard. Like a full screen on my I pad to read the paper not some side bars..
  • I give up

    By glybird
After no access to my account for a month and 2 useless phone calls to customer service,I give up. I’m cancelling and can only hope someday they’ll figure out why some of us can no longer access our subscription.
  • What’s the problem?

Why fix something that is not broke? This new app is horrible!

    Need more
  • Doesn’t load all the sections

    By GBEireUSA
I used to be able to read the paper on my iPad but it won’t load any more. When I go through ALL the steps to re sign up, it’s still impossible to enlarge the pages and move from one column to the next. Star Telegram needs to hire a tech engineer or software developer to resolve this.
  • UGH!

    Worthless. Most pitiful app ever.
