    I should not be required to share my contacts, even to invite a friend. Doing so means my contact info is stored on their server. Um, no.

    I could not get the app to open on my Apple Watch as indicated it would. My attempts to find a solution went nowhere. Contacting customer no support just pushed me to their solutions sections that led me to nowhere. I never got to try it for the reason I downloaded it for.
  • Not notified anymore

    My family and I have been using this app for years and absolutely loved it. Not so much any more. None of us are notified anymore when we get new messages. This has been happening for weeks now. We have all checked our settings and nothing has changed. Very disappointed and will be looking for another app to use.
  • Having issues getting on to my account

    I need help getting back to my account. All reviews say contact customer support via the app. I can’t get into my account and it dies not recognize my email or log in. I use this for business and the issue is complicated because I had changed my ID name while logged in. I paid for pro and do not want another account. Is there a number I can call for customer support?
  • Can’t listen to some messages.

    I have been using Voxer for many years and have found it wonderful for connecting with friends. However, over the last several months one of my friend’s messages aren’t coming through. Or only a small portion of the message will place and the rest is just background noise. It’s very problematic. I use and iPhone and she used an android phone. Would love for this issue to be resolved because I have enjoyed the app for so long and would really like to continue using it. But it’s very problematic right now.
  • Great for the most part, shows notifications when I have none

    For the last year, my app has shown notifications that exceed my unread messages or when I have none. Have wrote support tickets to no avail. Otherwise, the app is great for sharing voice memos and I find it to be easy to use; much better than the voice memos app or the recording option for texting on iPhones / Apple products.

    I frequently use Voxer at work and have a Pro license. At least 30% of the time, when I go to send a voice message, you depress the record button and nothing happens. Sending messages via text is never a problem. I am using an iPhone10 and my colleagues use a range of Android and iPhone devices. It has been a known issue for me for multiple years — please help if possible.

    I like the app very much but on private mode i have to send a message more then ones, when i send a text or a voice the other person receives a notification but when opening it there is nothing there so he tells me that it notify him but did not receive it, So i have to send it again, ones he has the chat open no problem, it happens about 30% of the time, i have the pro version and with all persons i communicate with Voxer they have iPhone, i hope it gets fixed
  • Can’t clear unsent messages

    I have a video message that failed to send. Voxer reminds me every time I close the app with a banner. Thanks, Voxer. But I can’t do anything. There are no options to purge stuck communications. Leaving the chat fixed the constant banners until I re-entered the chat. Now, I get the notification and I can’t even see the offending message. Trying the read all fix does not resolve the issue.
