  • Does the job

I only wish it had a separate line for the sender/store name or more room for the description.
  • Amazing app

Easy to use and many search at the same time
  • Apple Watch

    By gfusi
On the watch I would like to see something more useful than just the icon, like a number to your next delivery or count down expected time. I think the watch was made to look at and know what’s going on, don’t treat the watch like the iPhone, where you have to tap to know

  • The most simply beautiful app

As a designer myself I appreciate the way your app looks, it’s a perfect Apple Citizen. Implementing all those new features while it was still in beta on the OS level, like Dark Mode, Sign In with Apple, Siri etc. This app is the best.
  • Too slow to show updates

    By rcorrea85
It takes a lot of time between the update is posted in the site and when it appears on the app. For example there was an update for a package I’m waiting at 2pm and the app showed the notification at 7pm.

  • Great App

I signed up on this app and Arrive at the same time. This app has a way better layout and it has a iPad and Apple Watch app which is huge for me. Plus the subscription service is pretty cheap. My only issue is that Arrive can pull emails and find more obscure packages. For example i purchased some stuff on Wish, i didnt get a tracking number and to be honest because Wish ships from China which takes a while i actually forgot i ordered the stuff. Parcel cant find things like that, but for most deliveries Parcel is much better. If Parcel can find a way to track more obscure things like Arrive does then this will easily be a 5 star app.
  • Amazon packages

    By JustinDN
Like it, I just wish it tracked amazon packages too
  • Gone done hill!

This use to be an excellent app. Not any more. Entered items to be delivered drop off after a day. The tracker drops entries. Loses them. Deleted it from my iPhone after it dropped my delivery info a second time. No three strikes here.
