  • This doesn’t work on iPad

    This app freezes and crashes..
  • Easy to use

Updated Nov 11, 2018: still wishing for the ability to view my account info in my app. Updated: March 12, 2016. I have no bugs to report or problems or issues I'd like to see addressed. The program/app works exactly as it should. Thanks for listening to and fixing all my issues, Zinionians. I won't give any app a 5 star rating so this is as good as it gets. Update: Feb 2, 2015. All is well and I have no issues with Zinio! Thank u for listening to me! Update: Sept 19, 2014: I updated my iPad to iOS8 and now when I open my (one and only) magazine, the app closes completely and brings me to my desktop! PLEASE FIX! I have always found this app to be very easy to use. I take Soap Opera Digest. I would up the rating to a 5 star IF they would get a CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT PHONE NUMBER so we could speak to them live. And, allow us to change our email addresses. Other than those 2 things, I really like this app and would recommend it to you.
  • Worst version

    By This game is ok...
When I read a downloaded magazine, the contents show up very slow or blank when I page up or down, which never happened before with older version. The new version is the worst one I have ever used, don’t know how to read my wealth invest weekly magazine. Can I have the old version back!
  • Content good but page turning not

    By Joe Lewk
I have to go from sideways to portrait many times to get the layout correct
  • Latest version are significantly worse than before

    By ZozonNY
I’m using Zinio since it was introduced and was always very happy with quality and prices. Recent versions of the application are significant step back. Two main issues from my perspective are annoying adverts, no possibility to setup starting page and serious issues with loading magazine pages. Very often page won’t load and reading is becoming increasingly frustrating.
  • Best Ever Magazine App

Love Zinio, best ever app for popular magazines, never lets me down !
  • Used to be nice...

They took an app that worked perfectly, fancied it up, and made it into one that is no longer easy to use and crashes constantly. Was someone paid to do that?
  • From 5 to 1 stars with new update

UPDATE November 2018: I’ve deleted Zino from all my devices...with much sadness as I was once an early supporter and enthusiastic user. But I lost all my subscriptions that I still pay for...credit card will be informed tomorrow to stop payments. The app shows magazines I purchased 10 years ago but not the new ones I still pay for. Subscriptions for cancelled publications show I have issues left but they are "cancelled." Plus your current IOS interface is horrendous! ALL magazines show on my devices and I cannot tell if they are downloaded or not until I touch them... then they download. Information in the Help section about tossing unwanted magazines and those I want to save is contradictory. I gave you another chance. From now on, I go via Amazon Prime or buy a hard copy in the stores...then recycle or donate to schools/hospitals when I’m done. More expensive but overall less hassle...and I get what I paid for! —————————— Older review—still applicable: I was an early supporter of Zino when you were a freebie trial sample on a very old MacBook. Loved being able read real magazines right on my devices. Well, your new upgrade ruined everything. All past purchases from the the last 9 years are all showing up on my IPad. And many publications I purchased and saved or archived are no where to be found. Plus your FAQs says: “...the ability to archive/hide and most importantly restore magazines is not currently available on our current version of zinio.com. If you archived/hid magazine issues on our previous version of zinio.com (through the option in the library to hide and restore magazines) then these magazines are currently not visible” Thanks a lot! All the magazines I deleted are visible and those I archived to permanently save are gone. Plus I’m again subscribed to magazines I cancelled years ago. NO WARNING. This is NOT the convenience I thought I purchased with Zino and as an early supporter of your app, I’m angry and shocked. Maybe I need to sign up for magazines using their own proprietary applications and toss yours in the “nevermore” bin. Apps are suppose to make it easier for users—customers—- not create headaches. Get rid of all these publications dating back to 2009 now on my IPad and return to me the ones I’ve now subscribe to and those I saved. I can no longer use — let alone — recommend your application, which use to be beautiful and a favorite. Obviously, your new upgrade is NOT ready for prime time!
  • Support

    By what support???
I have been having issues with customer support for weeks. No one seems willing to help, just spouting the written company response in emails. I cannot get access to past issues I have paid for. There have been a few who have tried to help. There has also been the one who gave me attitude.
  • Great app but...

I like this app. But going along reading my magazines and the pages stop loading. This happens all the time so not just a fluke. Hope they can fix.
