  • Add passwords for accounts please

    My sister and family go on my account even though they have there’s and yes it’s a family thing, I absolutely hate it and it will be really appreciated if you add passwords to accounts so people can stop using and probably even ruin your account just to have fun or yea because they feel like it, it would honestly make the app better and help many people

    Over all, I love Netflix. Over all I’d give them 5 stars. However, I am VERY disappointed. I opened a Netflix account years ago, for my grandparents & myself. Once I moved out, my boyfriend had one, so I switched everything over to where my 70 year old grandmother now pays for it. We completely understand the recent price increases. What I do not understand is how her billing package was changed from two screen, to four screens? That’s a $3.00 increase. Which may not seem like much, but over time it adds up! She DID NOT sign up for four screens, & ULTRA HD at $13.99, at all! Since March she has been paying this price, & I just now was going over her bills & got this. She works on a very low income as she is retired. She doesn’t have the extra money. Plus she pays an extra $1.00 each time her card is charged. So that’s $15.00 a month since March where she was charged twice. That’s $105! I’m very VERY disappointed. You shouldn’t be able to change someone’s billing plan without their permission!

    Updated my payment and was charged. Updated the app. Updated phone. Tried closing an reopening the app at every step. Nothing.

    Doesn’t play in HD after the update, I have. 75mbs download speed on my iPhone and no matter what the picture is all grainy and pixelated. Please fix asap, im paying for the HD service!
