    Can I just say, I love the new update! It has made it so much easier to get through the episodes. So much more convenient to skip over the intros. Love the how many more features are added to navigate easier!

    It the same bug that they had a few years ago, and I can’t watch downloaded video when I hook the device up to the tv. A long time ago you could l, but it pretends to load it doesn’t! It will say no internet when I open the app, and every time I remove a series after I finish watching it still there why?

    I changed my plan to increase from 1 screen to 4 screens steaming and they double charged me. So now I’m paying for 2 different plans when all I did was upgrade! I’m frustrated.

    I think 2 stars is generous. Really poorly designed app, very difficult to search for movies or shows, limited search criteria or filters. For example, you cannot select movies only (no series) by a date. App doesn't remember the show you were watching and every time you reopen you have search through the list again. Also, no users rating for shows!!! I don't get it. Why not let users see how other users rate shows to help plow through all the content. Take a lesson from Amazon book rating.

    1.) It is 2017 and yet we don’t have fast forward yet? Every other video player has this basic functionality. 2.) Also, why do I have to choose the profile every day on my personal iPad? No one else uses my iPad. Can you please address this “nag” screen and let me “lock” in my profile via a setting on the iOS app? 3.) What happened to delete and play next for downloaded content? #Bug #Fail
