  • App works fine

    Works fine for what you need. But if you pay for the premium and switch from android to apple don’t expect to be able to cancel it! Put me in the negative in my bank account twice now and there’s nothing I can do about it! 😐
  • Constantly logging me out

    I have to log in every few days. Been going back and forth with customer service about it, but so far they’ve been no help at all. Might switch to Lose It if they don’t fix this issue soon.

  • Seems like all UA products are in perpetual beta

    Seems like all UA products are in perpetual beta. My workouts aren't being pulled into MFP from MapMyWalk or UA Record. As of yesterday it has stopped tracking my steps. It keeps disconnecting from the connected apps and nothing ever syncs. I've also been doing the trial. There's no way in hell I'm paying for a buggy app. My roommate's having the same problem. Somebody needs to design an app that will track diet/diary with workouts. Why does UA need 5+ different apps, when half of them crossover? If I want to ride my bike or run, I can find it in MMW. Why do I need MapMyRun or MapMyFitness? UA get yourself together.

    I have had this app for YEARS and I absolutely love it. But since the last two updates, my app now constantly freezes. Every time I’m trying to add my meals or create a recipe, the app freezes and shuts down. Sometimes it doesn’t even shut down, it just freezes my entire phone and I have to restart my phone. Also, it logs me out!!! Every. Single. Time.... I want to add a meal, I have to log in. VERY frustrating!! Please fix this issue!!
  • Love, but could use a few minor options

    I love the app and would give it 5 stars if it would offer more options in separating the meals and snacks. Some of us swim or exercise and require more than one snack or standard meal prep. That said , the app is great . The minor addition of these changes would be make the app excellent .

    Great way to keep track of your daily nutrition and macros if you’re into that. It also has a lot of well known brands and dishes from popular restaurants already in the app with their nutritional info so you can just add it without going ingredient by ingredient. Very useful.
  • What happened?

    I truly love this app. It’s helped me lose 80 pounds. But it seems as of late it’s been extremely sluggish! It’s to the point I’ve downloaded other apps to track my food intake because this one barely works anymore. I’ve even tried logging in on a PC and it just logs me out whenever I try to log a food. Super frustrating. Fix it please! I loved this app!
  • SO. SLOW. and always crashing!

    I used to love MFP. I’ve tried other food logging apps, but I always come back to MFP for its easy to use interface and it’s huge database of foods. HOWEVER, in the past few weeks MFP has been so laggy and slow. I can usually open the app maybe three times in the day without it slowing to a turtles pace, but if i get on it more than that, I have to try to restart it for it to even work. It also crashes constantly then makes me log back in. I’m putting up with it for now, but it’s almost to the point where I’m going to have to delete the app because it’s becoming unusable.
  • Good but not great

    This app has always been backed by an incredibly robust database of food nutrition information, which is undoubtedly its greatest strength. They’ve also made it possible to copy meals from other dates (and friends with whom you’ve connected), which is good when you eat leftovers from the previous night’s for lunch, or when you eat the same meal as your wife. If you often eat the same foods together (milk and cereal for example), and you add one, it will offer to let you add the other at the same time, without having to look it up. It also integrates with other apps nicely, so it pulls in your step count from the Health app and workouts from MapMyRun. What’s keeping it from being great is the way it handles custom recipes. First, you can't specify a serving size for a custom recipe, which it makes it difficult to use the recipe later (is a single serving one cup or half a cup or something else entirely?). Second, for someone who does a lot of cooking and rarely makes something the same way twice, I'd really appreciate a way to look up and group a set of ingredients into a dish but not have it be a full-fledged recipe (it'll be gone in a day or two, never to be made that way again). You also can't use one custom recipe as part of another custom recipe. So if you make your own pizza dough, you can't use that recipe when you make your recipe for whatever pizza you've made. It would also be helpful to be able to label it when you do a "add bulk calories" operation (useful when you're taking a guess at how many calories you ate at your grandma's picnic for example) and want to remember where those calories came from later. If they were to fix the deficiencies with the handling of custom recipes and foods, this app would be fantastic.
