Notice there is no back selection when using a browser within program. This is very annoying and needs to be corrected

Much harder to use. Confusing and more steps. Does not work with Safari as it used to. This minimalist cr*p makes it difficult for seniors to read and select items. All I see is a way for them to save money on coding. Can't imagine how small it must be on a Smartphone because it's tiny on an IPAD. Guess us seniors will need to go somewhere else where they are not just catering to the youth set. BTW, it stinks on my HP All-In-One PC too with Firefox. Difficult to read, select and use. I have had RoboForm for over 10 years but I will be looking elsewhere. It's time to look at Dashlane.
  • Awful New Interface

After years of use this update has me reconsidering renewal. Went from easy to use to obtrusive. What used to take a couple taps now takes many more in a non-intuitive way. Bring back the tabs.

Update 4/11/19 - the latest version has fixed the problem with typing into the toolbar. A RoboForm representative called me to discuss the issues I have, and indicated they are working on correcting several of them. I have RoboForm for many years now, on my desktop and on iOS (iPad), and have always loved it. I was quite impressed that they took the time to contact me and listen to me. I got an automatic update of RoboForm on my iPad several days ago. They took what was a fairly good app and made it somewhat difficult and clumsy to use. Several things really stand out as being unusable: 1. The back button is hidden in a menu. If you want to go back a page, you have to open the menu first. 2. There are no tabs to show pages that are open - you have to click on an icon to see thumbnails of the pages - this is incredibly clumsy when jumping back and forth between pages to copy information or compare data 3. The address bar has no space bar on the keyboard unless you switch to number mode - this is a real nuisance if you use the address bar to enter search criteria
  • Hate the changes

Why show pinned as primary page? Why do so many of my saved passwords now fail to fill fields? Long time customer ready to bail.
  • New user interface is a step back

Prior to the latest update I would have given this 5 stars. From a functionality standpoint RoboForm is amazing and I rely on it heavily. Unfortunately the new UI is not intuitive and in my opinion is a detractor.

Long-Time Roboforms user. Version 8.7.1 is NOT better than the last version. Totally new GUI, they “fixed” something that was not broken. Much less user friendly. Guess it’s time to look at other options, unfortunately my RoboForm account paid in full for a few years yet, that’s the problem with paying in advance, it’s like a box of chocolates...
